Awesome experience, accommodated my schedule and was very knowledgeable.

I called the home warranty company around 9:00 pm on Friday. The home warranty representative said someone would be out between 12pm-4pm on Saturday. At 4:15pm I called the warranty company and the representative suggested that maybe the plumber was running a little late and asked if I could give them another 1/2 hour. I waited 45 minutes, and heard nothing. Better Service, Inc. finally called at about 5pm and said they were trying to get someone out there that night. I heard from Better Service again around 9:00 pm and they said they wouldn't be able to get someone there until 10am-12pm on Sunday. They finally showed up at 12:30 Sunday. I wasted my entire Saturday waiting for them to show up. My time is worth a lot more than their wage. I understand that they probably don't make a ton of money on home warranty calls, but to waste a customer's time like that is ridiculous.

The plumber showed up during the scheduled window, 9:00-11:00 am. Unlike other plumbers we've used, this guy was very casual and did not wear shoe covers. He also did not have tools he needed to expose the drain pipe. I loaned him mine. His initial assessment was to wait a week or so and see if the problem was really a leaking pipe. I assured him that it was and asked that it be fixed now. It eventually was but we had to remove outside siding to expose the pipe. Of course he did not have repair parts for this job and had to make a trip to an appliance store. After fixing the leaking pipe he proceeded to fix the leaking toilet bowl because it would be "easy." Sure enough, a few minutes later and he was done. Yesterday, one day after the repair, it's leaking again. I will contact my home warranty company again and insist that a different company be used.
