Best appliance Service

This is 3rd time we've used Best Appliance Service. They continue to live up to their name! Excellent communication and very professional. Mr. Dimarco was able to get our washing machine up and working again quickly.

A previous repairman said it had a jammed transmission, time to look for a new washer. Joe did not think so. He replaced the lid safety switch and the clutch dogs in the agitator. washing machine now works great, like new.

Two men from Best Appliance Service came and accused me of overloading the dishwasher causing the soap dispenser to be blocked. They also insinuated that they didn't believe me that it leaked. In the end, they started it and said they'd be back later. It leaked all over the place. I took a picture and sent it to the service tech. No response. Called him & left a message. No response. Texted him. No response. I'm so sick of this. How did this company get an A rating??

Joe corrected the problem and added a part to prevent lines from freezing in the future. He promptly returned to replace the timer, then returned again to replace the temperature controller, waiving the normal service fee. Great company that will stick with it until all problems are solved. Will use again if needed,

Husband came home in the evening to find a burning smell in the house, tracked to the refrigerator, and it appeared to be non-functioning. After reading several positive reviews on this company, we called with the intent of leaving a message hoping for service the next day. Mr. Dimarco answered the phone personally, ascertained our problem and location, and offered to come right out to assist. He was courteous, friendly, professional and went right to work. As he worked, he let us know what he was finding and what the next steps would be. The problem was eventually determined to be a losing battle, but it was obvious that he gave every effort before reaching that conclusion. He then patiently answered some questions I had about purchasing a new refrigerator, helped us determine the capacity of the old one, etc. We felt that his charge was very reasonable for a service call, especially afer 5 p.m. We will absolutely be recommending Best Appliance Service to friends/family and will use them for any future appliance servicing needs.

His name is Joe DiMarco. There was a $45 service call and $55 for labor plus the repairs. He is incredibly responsive when we call. He did a great job. He has done other work for us as well and he's done a great job each time.

I've used them for over the last 20 years. They are absolutely wonderful. They are reasonably priced. They take the time to be cautious of your home, and go above and beyond to provide the best service possible.
