Good with minor issues.

They did not start on the day promised as materials did not arrive in time. They did not call me to apprise it would be late . The project manger was not the sharpest pencil in the box and actually was rude to me on phone when explaining. The guys that came in to do actual construction were very professional and kept mess to a minimum. They worked quickly . It turned out to be a two day job when it was suppose to be one day. That was ok. The final result is very nice. It looks great. I thought it was quite pricey but other places are in line with them.

We had a woman come out (twice) for an estimate, she gave us a price and we wanted more bids to determine with whom we felt the most comfortable. After thinking about it we went to the store in Lees Summit to get the project started only to find that it looks as if they have several companies in one place and we had no one from that division with whom to talk. They sent another person out, since the first person no longer worked there. They didn't seem to like the price and gave us a bigger estimate, we still went with them and were given a start date. Two days before the day they were supposed to work they called to say that they didn't have the supplies. Then wanted to reiterate the work to be done, leaving an important step out that my husband insisted that they had approved. Talking to the salesperson again they agreed that they were to do this. We set another start date and the day before, they called again to rehash what was to be done and again argued that they couldn't do what the salesman had promised, so we cancelled the job. We had financed the job through them, getting a credit card from Home Depot who had already had us pay two payments, the money was not returned, so we now have a credit with Home Depot that needs to be used and the work did not get done.
