Description of Work: We signed a contract with Aspen for a new roof on our house last year. They continually messed up our estimates and their manager Mike Dolan is rude and extremely unprofessional. When pointing out mistakes in his estimates he became furious and said he was canceling our contract. Even though it explicitly states that it can not be canceled without written consent of both parties. They missed appointments, left shingles in our driveway for 3 weeks and were a total nightmare to deal with. The president of their company is a worthless human being as he did absolutely nothing to try and resolve our complaints. I filed a complaint with the BBB and all his responses were filled with lies and false information. Do not use this company under any circumstances. They are totally unprofessional and will try to rip off your insurance company.

I put a better than average siding on. They were very attentive. The company had many crews. My only complaint is that I will be picking up nails for a while. There workmanship appears to be good. Everything went pretty smoothly.
