Our neighbor had used them do their roof. I think they only do insurance jobs. The fact that my neighbor used them was the deciding factor for me. Their availability was probably their strong point. The quality of their work so far has been pretty good. There were some things about them I wasn't completely happy with. I felt that the guy tried to get more money out of me than he was supposed to. He was trying to get more money out of me and told me that the insurance company would pay me back. I told him that I needed to wait until I heard that from the insurance company. He said he would call me the next day and he never called back again.
Description of Work: Aspen Contracting came out in October and did my roof.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. Aspen's top priority is customer service, and being available, on time and thorough is important to us. We have taken responsibility in training our employees to effectively communicate with all customers the necessary assessment and information for a project.
My nightmare begins back in July of 2010. I went through a series of problems with Aspen Contracting that will be documented below. When I originally checked for Aspen on Angie's List, I got a "no record" response. I figured they were not listed with Angie's List. I later discovered my search only showed results for my local area. The problem was, Aspen does work in my area, but has its address in another state. I didn't realize just HOW specific you had to be in order to research or make a complaint about a company. After learning I had to narrow down the city they were registered in, I ran into another problem. Aspen Lists it's address in Lee's Summit, MO. This city is not located on the drop down list in Angie's List advanced search. I finally put in Kansas City and found them. I'm not sure if this was intentional on Aspen's part to make it hard to find or complain about them, but it does work to their advantage. I wonder how many people gave up after not finding them right away. Since I could not complain on Angie's List, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The complaint form did not allow room for my full story, so I gave a condensed version. It seems as though, that will be the case here as well. I would have liked to just copy and paste a statement I made, but that is not possible either. Aspen's response to the BBB about my complaint was UNBELIEVABLE. In their response, Aspen accused me of damaging my own house in effort to have them make repairs. Not only is this LIE based on ZERO facts. I have pictures and Voicemails from Aspen's own employees to the contrary. As I stated, there is not enough room here for the full story, so I will do my best to get as much info in as possible. If I can attach my full letter at a later date, I will. The job was a nightmare from the beginning. I went through several different project managers, and several different crews and still the job was never completed. Each time we found another problem with the roof, gutters, flashing, or siding, Aspen sent out another project manager and crew to fix it. To this day, the job had not been finished. After several months from the start of the project, it appeared to be complete. We paid the balance and finished our business with Aspen. Well, we thought so anyway. Hoped might be a better word, but either one will work. On August 14, 2011, water started coming through the middle of my living room ceiling. The problem was traced back the roof Aspen had incorrectly installed. The amount of damage to the interior of my house was immense. This included black mold, which was everywhere. Wood and drywall all along the path of the leak was damaged. Water had been leaking into the house without our knowledge for several months. I had another local roofing contractor come out to my house to try and see what went wrong. What he told me was devastating to say the least. The contractor related not only had the job been done incorrectly, but many shortcuts were taken in order to finish the job. This seemed to be a trend with Aspen, as everything they did seemed to be a quick patch job. I contacted Aspen and they sent a different local roofing contractor out to make the needed repairs. When this contractor arrived, he had the same opinion of the contractor I had come out. After repairs were made to the roof, Aspen sent someone to fix the damages THAT HAD BEEN CAUSED BY A FAULTY ROOF. These are the damages they tried to say I caused. After the first crew showed up late and didn't speak english, I asked to have them replaced. Aspen sent another person out. I was told by Aspen that this person would fix ANYTHING that was caused by the leak. After another week of waiting, The crew, consisting of a man and his wife, arrived. I walked him around and showed him everything that had been damaged by the leak. He AGREED to what I showed him. After several months of the repairs slowly getting done, the contractor just disappeared. We called to see what was going on, and was told by Aspen they were done. I explained that they had a lot more to do, and they refused to listen. We could not believe that they had just up and left, leaving behind tools, trash, and other materials. Promises to repair the gutters were never kept. Promises to do a complete clean up were never kept. On top of all this, the work that was done to my interior also consisted of several flaws. During this attempt at a repair, we had to move our belongings into a storage facility to make room for repairs. Here they sat for several months as we waited for them to finish. We were told Aspen would pay for the storage. This did not happen. Since there was a long delay in response from Aspen, we had to rent a dumpster to dispose of the debris created from the damages. We were told Aspen would pay for this. They did not. Here it is, almost the end of December, and my house is still in shambles. How Dare Aspen accuse ME of wrong doing, when the whole reason I am in this situation is because of THEIR faulty work. What kind of a company responsible for such sub-standard work, would accuse the customer of wrong doing. I broke this complaint down to bare bones, because of the amount of space I have, but there were several other issues with this company. Several crews had to be asked to leave for their obvious incompetence. Some I could not communicate with because NOBODY in the crew spoke English. One crew pried open my fence to get into my yard, when they showed up one day unannounced. I have several pictures, documents and voicemails that confirm my issues with this company. My family has been robbed of the holidays due to the incompetence of this company. There has also been an unusual amount of cases of colds, coughs, and sinus infections in my family this year, which we feel can be attributed to black mold throughout the house. I can't believe Aspen didn't offer to check other areas of my house for mold. Who knows what other problems may lie under the roof, in areas not yet exposed. I'm still shocked at the situation Aspen left my family in. I hope this information is useful to other potential victims of Aspen. If I can post my whole complaint anywhere on Angie's List I will. Some of the information will make people sick. I know this experience has made my family sick in more ways than one. I also hope Angie's List finds a way to make it easier to locate a business on their site. They solicit work in my area, they should be listed in my area. I never spoke with the owner of Aspen contracting, but it wasn't for lack of trying. I was never put in touch with him. He however, is the one that responded to my complaint to the BBB. Maybe this is one of the reasons his facts are so wrong. Either way, this company is dangerous. The comlaint should be viewable on the Better Business Bureau website. Yes, you may have to search in the area Aspen is listed. If you see an Aspen contractor approaching your house, lock the door, and close the blinds! My nightmare continues. BEWARE!! If you call Apen out on THEIR incompetence, they will call YOU a liar! I have more than enough proof through pictures and voicemail that Apen is the one lying here. Apen themselves can confirm the number of crews they had come out to my house because of all the problems caused by them. Calling me a liar is not going to fix all of the problems caused by this incompetent company. I'm hoping more people will find out how low this company will go and expose them for what they are. I spoke to several people in my neighborhood who have similar stories about Aspen. I encourage all to explain how bad this company is. How dare they slander me for problems THEY caused. Apen are the liars here. Not me. Read the report.
Description of Work: Apen responded to my house after we had a hail storm in the area. They explained to me they could get my insurance company to pay for a new roof if it was damaged by the hail. I allowed them to check, and the nightmare begins. They replaced my entire roof and gutters. I have had multiple problems since the start of the job, and many to this day are not resolved. You asked what service was performed, however it is more like what service was attempted. This is explained in detail below.

Since then, Aspen's marketing team has significantly increased the company's online presence, and customers in any state we work in can now find an Angie's List profile specifically for their state. Aspen continues to take as many opportunities as possible to train our employees to effectively communicate with customers about all details of the project, and to see that the project is thoroughly completed.

They are a big national company and the whole thing was handled very well. They were very aggressive in wanting our business. They did the roof and gutters in a timely manner and finished when they said they would. They were easy to work with and came through on everything they said they would. They handled all the insurance paperwork very well and I will use them again in the future. Their professionalism and promptness were very good too.

We were happy with their service and they are a nationwide company. I can tell you they have good customer service and the sales perspective they were good. The head guy was our sales guy and then he oversaw the project and out here everyday checking the progress and I was happy with that. He worked with the insurance company and I was happy with that.

A large tree branch fell on my house/deck. I had the tree removed immediately by another company so we could patch up the roof if need be. My insurance adjuster came out and said there were spots to be fixed on the roof so I contacted Aspen because there are several neighbors who recently got new roofs due to all of the hail storms this year and the majority have Aspen signs in their front yards. They are also just down the road so I figured that wouldn't hurt. When I researched the company online I couldn't find any bad reviews and I noticed it's a fairly large company - not just Knoxville - so I unfortunately assumed they had done well enough to expand. Aspen sent a few guys out to do an inspection and said that there was enough damage to warrant a brand new roof and said they would contact my insurance company to handle this. Weeks went by with no contact so I followed up with Aspen who said the rep on our estimate was no longer with the company and no one had taken over their unfinished work. Aspen assured me it would be taken care of - a couple more weeks went by. I definitely could have followed up sooner but I have a new baby so my time is pretty valuable right now and since there were no leaks I was procrastinating. Anyways - I called my insurance co. who said they hadn't received anything from Aspen. At that time my insurance co. gave me the # to their Preferred Service Provider and things are going much more smoothly now. I still have not been contacted by Aspen so apparently they don't have anyone doing follow up. This is heresay of course but after sharing this story with some people - they suggested Aspen can be a company that wants a customer to pay up front then get reimbursed by their insurance as opposed to waiting to do the work until approved and paid by the insurance company.

After trying to work with several other roofing companies, who I found to be mostly non-responsive to voice mail and email, I worked with Brice Dawson at Aspen Contracting to inspect my roof and draw up a contract for work based on my insurance adjuster's report for hail damage. Brice kept in contact with me about ordering the materials and scheduling, even though he was working out of town on several occasions. The work was completed around the same time as Brice had estimated. The roofing crew was top notch. I'd moved my deck furniture back so that it wasnt next to the house, but then the crew actually moved it all downstairs into the yard, and put it back (arranged rather nicely!) when they were through. They left the area around the whole house even tidier than it was when they started! Excellent group of very hard workers! I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done, and Brice's professional, straight forward approach was a relief after a summer of trying to get my roof replaced. Don't settle on a contractor if they're not meeting your needs - it's worth finding a good one. I would highly recommend these guys!

I requested a free roof inspection from Aspen Contracting on a rental house I own in Waldo area. The Aspen representative found hail damage, so I arranged for him and the claims adjuster for my insurance company to meet and see if they agreed on extent of damage. They did agree. My policy included full replacement value less my deductible. Insurance adjuster quickly sent me a check for the depreciated roof value. I committed to the new roof materials and details based on insurance claim detailed worksheet, and the price for a 25 year replacement roof. About 5 weeks later the roof was installed in one day. Cleanup was done well. Roof looks good, gutters were adjusted to drain better. No apparent damage to shrubs or house. A week after the work was completed, I paid Aspen the amount of the depreciated value plus my deductible payment. They were to then immediately submit a detailed bill directly to the insurance adjuster for final payment. This took longer than expected and did not occur until a month after I paid Aspen. Once I called the adjuster on payment progress, she pushed Aspen to get the bill submitted and she then paid me the remaining amount, which I then paid Aspen. This took less than a week once started. Overall I was satisfied with Aspen Contracting. The only frustration was that the original Aspen representative left the company for another job, and it took awhile for them to notify me with whom I should work on this claim, after I called a couple of times. Once a person was assigned, it went pretty smoothly after that. When he left, they should have notified me with the name of the new representative. That would have been excellent customer service.

Very prompt in giving an estimate and installed on the date promised. The roof looks fine but i had a couple of issues. 1) After I paid the final bill and received all lien releases, they went back and billed my insurance company an additional $3500. Probably not illegal, but it seemed a bit shady. 2) They installed a one piece of gray trim when all the other pieces were brown. I asked them to fix it and they sent someone out who simply spray painted it along with the trim around it. Basically looked like crap. They properly fixed it once I told them I wouldnt give them the final payment unless it was corrected. My area was hit by a major hail storm and virtually 100% of the homes in my area needed new roofs. Talking to my neighbors the concensus was that all roofers were crooks who knew how to work over the insurance companies. The key is to pick the best of the bunch and hope for a decent crew. FYI, They all use out of state crews, Mexican crews despite claiming to be local.

The sales people gave several promises: They had ample supply of materials They would start the job in 2 weeks Though they used contractors to perform the work, they assured us someone from Aspen would be on the job site to inspect the work and insure the installation was done correctly The results and broken promises: We received a call 2 1/2 weeks after signing the contract that they had run out of materials and they weren't sure when another shipment would arrive. Materials were delivered 4 weeks after contract signing and work began 2 weeks afterward. 6 weeks after signing not the promised 2 weeks. The work was scheduled to begin on 7/14/11 - the crew was a NO CALL/NO SHOW. That evening after a call to the manager Mike Dolan I was promised they would start on 7/18/11 first thing in the morning - the crew was a NO CALL/NO SHOW. After another call to Mike Dolan and multiple excuses I was promised they would start first thing on 7/19/11. The crew showed up at noon. The crew started work but was sloppy and unprofessional in every aspect of the job. Plants and air conditioning units weren't covered, sections of the roof were left uncovered during passing rain showers, debris was spread over sections of the yard and not cleaned up. No one from Aspen was on the job site inspecting the work or managing the job. The crew ran out of materials to complete the roof leaving one of the bay windows incomplete. They packed up all of their equipment on 7/21/11 and left. After more calls to Mike Dolan he sent his production manager Robert to inspect the roof. Robert told my wife the only thing left to complete the job was the bay window and "I don't want any more complaints from you". This invoked another call to Mike Dolan and we scheduled a time on 7/23/11 to inspect the roof together. During the inspection we discovered several errors including crooked ridge lines and missing flashing The contracted crew came back on 7/23/11 at 4pm to repair the errors. Again, unsupervised by anyone from Aspen. In the process they damaged newly installed shingles One week later after a heavy rain we notice a leak in our bedroom This prompted another call to Mike Dolan. As I write this we are now on our 3rd contractor sent by Aspen to repair the errors and fix the leak. We hope the work will be completed today but have no confidence based on our experience to date. Bottom line, DO NOT USE Aspen Contracting.

They are very professional and have done a nice job. Unlike some contractors, they have stuck with every timeline that they have given me. If they said they were going to do something on a certain day and time, they did. There were a few small things that I noticed after they were done, and someone came out the day after I called and fixed everything. If you haven't had your house roofed before, the process is very noisy from with in the house. We have small children and decided to take them to their grandparents house because of the noice.
Description of Work: Aspen re-roofed our house after the recent hail storms. They met with our insurance company to make sure that the adjuster was aware of all damage to our property, not just the roof. Once everything was approved they called to schedule our house for roofing, and were able to start the next week. The project took two entire days with the crew arriving around 7:30 in the morning and working until 8:30 at night both days. The completely stripped the roof down to plywood and put on new felt paper, drip edges, shingles, etc. I looks great and the crew did a great job. They did an excellent job cleaning up our yard afterwards. I haven't found a single nail or piece of debris since they left.

We contacted Aspen in april of 2008 regarding the repair of our roof. We did recieve an estimate at the time, but were unable to have the roof repaired at the time due to scheduling conflicts. Then in October of 2008 we contacted Aspen again to begin the process of repairing our roof. We set an appt time for Sat Oct 8th, the sales person was a no show and did not contact us until the following Wednesday after we stated we were going to contact the company. We rescheduled and this time the meeting occurred. We set up a follow-up meeting to sign paperwork and 45 minutes prior to meeting the sales person cancelled the meeting. We rescheduled meeting for a week later. 12/1/08, estimate/invoice was signed. Aspen did agree to April 2008 price but did tell us they would be taking a hit as prices had already increased. We originally scheduled the install date for 2/6/09, two days before installation, the Aspen salesperson called and changed the install date to a week later. 2/13/09 Installation of roof. We had problems most of the workday, 1. The supervisor was overseeing 4 jobs that day, so there was no supervisor on our job for most of the day. 2. Several of the employees asked to use our bathrooms; as they had no vehicle to take them to a public bathroom 3. Just by chance, my husband happened to walk outside to see the workers wanting to put felt over damaged plywood instead of replacing it. The workers argued with my husband about the issue. We had to call the company to have them get ahold of the supervisor who was suppose overseeing our job. Because of this, my husband felt that either he or myself needed to be out there at all times to keep an eye on the workers. 4. We had personally supplied the plywood to be used to replace the bad ones. The workers "threw' away what plywood they didn't use and were going to use it for their own purpose until we challenged them on it because we had bought the plywood. 5. We provided the crew with drinks and cups; again because there was no vehicle to take them to get something to drink. 6. Because it took the roofers so long to do the roof, they were unable to finish our flu and valley that day - which meant we could not use our heater. The company was suppose to return on Monday, but did not return until Thursday to work on the flu. The flu collar did not fit, and they were not able to return until the following Sat. to finish working on it. We had to go a week without our heater. 7. Several inside ceiling were damaged while the roof was being installed. In one place, a roofer actually put hit foot through a closet ceiling. It took 10 days to get one of Aspen's workers out to repair the ceilings, and then he did not have enough time to finish the job and could not come back for 5 more days. The ceiling was still not repaired after the 2nd visit, so my husband finished repairing the ceiling and repainting it. Gutters. Evidently our Aspen salesperson neglected to inform the Aspen gutter crew that we were to have our gutters replaced (although it was on the paperwork). The Aspen salesperson told us that if we provided the wood that the gutter crew would replace the fascia board as they installed the Gutters. The Aspen salesperson told us that the gutter crew would arrive on 2/15/09. At 11:00 a.m. 2/15/09, the Aspen salesperson called us at 11:00 a.m. to inform us that the Gutter crew was on their way. At 3:00 p.m., after the Gutter crew were a no-show, we called the Aspen salesperson and he did not return our call. He never ever returned our call. At 2 pm the next day, the Gutter crew "just showed up" at our house. a. the gutter crew knew nothing about the promise for them to have been there the day before. The gutter crew said they had recieved notice at 11:00 am on Monday about replacing our gutters. b. the gutter crew did not know that they were to replace any rotting fascia board with wood provided by us and for them not to charge for installing the wood. c. I called and spoke with one of the owners of Aspen that Tuesday regarding the guttering. We agreed to have the gutters replaced the following Saturday, 2/20/09 and the owner of Aspen to come out Sat while guttering being put in. 2/20/09 Day of Gutter installation 1. Old gutters were taken down, but new ones could not be put up until fascia board replaced, so gutter crew went and did other job and was to return later that day. a. Owner of Aspen never showed up on 2/20/09 and finally after several phone calls and voice mails to him, called at 3 pm. that day. 2. Gutter crew returned around noon on 2/20/09 to work on guttering. The gutter crew unable to complete job because they ran out of material and would need to return that following Monday to finish job. The gutter crew did return the following Monday and the job was completed. a, Had problem with gutter crew's nail guns accidently shooting nails at and into our vehicles (we had a tire punctured by nail). 2/22/09 - Flu started leaking water into basement. Called Aspen (this was a Monday). Took until following Saturday before Flu was repaired. 3/11/09 Met with owners of Aspen to go over roof and gutter installation problems. We were asked at that time not to file any complaints against company as they had eventually followed up on all problems. We agreed at that time not to file. It is now 2 years later and we are having problems with our roof. We would lke to get the issues addressed BEFORE we had any damage to our inside, given the companies past performance. I first contacted Aspen on 4/21/11 to have someone come look at our roof . As of today 5/2/11, after many phone calls, I still do not have any committment from the company as to if, much less when, they will have someone to come just to inpsect our roof. It will be interesting to see how they handle warranties, etc. Rec'd phone call late in day on 5/2. Salesperson/Inspector arrived 5/3. Roof does need repairs. Salesperson said repairs are under warranty so there should be no cost to us. Waiting for job to be scheduled by Aspen and then for job to be done. 5/12/11: After some scheduling challenges, the work on our roof was completed, satisfactorily. There was no charge to us as the roof was under warranty. I know that Aspen did some repairs that were probably not under the original warranty. For this we are very grateful.
Description of Work: 2009 Had inspector/salesperson come to house to inspect our roof and give us estimate. Aspen did contact our insurance company and worked with them on our behalf. Tear off old roof down to plywood and they hauled it away. Took longer than anticipated as they only had one working truck for our job. Had them replace plywood where it was rotted. They did allow us to supply the plywood instead of charging us in order to save us some money Had them replace the flu and valley. Took them 3 tries to get the right flu collar and get it completely sealed. Had them put on new felt, tar and shingles. Had Gutters and Fascia boards replaced. The company replaced damaged fascia board as they installed the Gutters. The Gutter crew helped us re-run the gutters to help prevent water from leaking into the basement. 2011 4/21 called Aspen as roof is in need of repair. Called Aspen on 6 different days trying to get response 5/2 Rec'd call from company. 5/3 Aspen salesperson/inspector came to home. 5/12/11: Aspen came and completed the repairs to our roof.

We were not sure at first, but my husband seems to think that they are fine. Everything up until now has been very professional. They just came today to start work. A problem I have had is that they keep putting us off.

My home was ravaged by hail. I first called a local respected roofer to come out and help me. They salesman never showed up for the appointment and made up excuses why he forgot. That didn't go over well with me. Then I found out that that company was bought out by a "Storm Chaser". I called Aspen Contracting who is a national company. I found that they are Aspen in 37 states. Quite impressive. Checked their BBB rating and they had A. An Aspen rep walked me through the process and worked directly with my insurance adjuster to make sure all the damaged items were covered. Aspen provided quality materials and the crews did a fantastic job. And they were very professional. At first I was a little hesitant about using them because they used some out of state help. When I realized the scope of the damage and how many homes were affected I knew there was a chance my project would never get completed in the time my insurance company allowed. End result I'm very happy and would highly recommend Aspen to anyone. They have done work for my family and close friends as well.

Aspen rep inspected roof and confirmed damage. He met with insurance adjuster and they agreed on extent of damage. They agreed to do the work at the estimated cost by the insurance company. I approve the estimate and the work about June 6 and the work completed about June 20. Aspen used subcontracted laborr, but had an Aspen inspector inspetor presen throughout the work. All trach was removed as well as all nails picked up by rolling magnet. Quality of work was very good and final invoice was for the agreed amount which was paid by the insurance. This is a "Storm Chasing" contractor, but quality of work and professionalism was excellent.

The roof looks nice, but the contractor had a truck that rolled over the driveway and into my garden. It ruined part of the garden. I got a small amount of compensation, but it didn t really cover what happened. The work is probably okay. They left a lot of debris behind and 6-8 inch nails all over the yard. I would not hire them again.

Joe found hail damage on both roofs, and Erie Insurance agreed. The work was preformed in a day and a half. They picked up all debris and nails. The old roof was removed and new put on. They used nails and not nail guns. He said sometime the nails from nail guns go completely through the shingles. They done the job for what the insurance payed. He credited the deductible for letting him display his sign.

Overall, the work went well. Our representative quit during the job, which stalled progress for awhile. However, once Trent got involved the job was completed in a timely manner. The workers did an excellent job and were very responsive to questions and changes/corrections. The company is a bit disorganized, but the quality of work more than compensates for the inconvenience.

I have no complaints. They returned all calls promptly, answered all questions courteously and did all they said they would. They delivered everything they said they would, without hassle. The siding crew failed to clean up all their "personal" debris, eg coffee cups and cigarette butts. Not a big deal, but noticeable. I recommend them.

Ten days prior to closing, I signed a contract with Aspen for roof and siding replacement. As promised, Chris and his team completed the job on time. He was extraordinarily accessible throughout the process, answering my seemingly endless questions and phone calls with unbelievable patience and professionalism. Throughout the process, Chris delivered an unprecedented level of customer service. He took personal responsibility to ensure that product was available to complete the job on time, that my bank had the paperwork it needed to release my insurance claim funds and that I had the paperwork I needed to close on the house. I can say without reservation that I am 100 percent satisfied with the work performed by Chris Keen, his roofing/siding crews and Aspen Contracting. In fact, Chris is now helping me with a roofing project on my new home. I would gladly turn to Aspen for future projects.
Description of Work: Aspen Contracting (Chris Keen, project manager) replaced the roof on my house and garage as well as a portion of the siding on my home. I was selling my home and the home sale contract required me to replace the roof and a portion of the siding on the house (old, out-of-production asphalt shingle product). With only 30 days to complete the project, I was concerned with maintaining the look of the house as well as finding a contractor who could finish the project in time for the closing. Chris was one of six contractors with whom I spoke. From the beginning, he set himself apart with a superior level of customer service, pro-actively researching siding products that would maintain the integrity of my home s design. While other contractors were scratching their heads about what siding product to use, Chris was coming to my home with samples in hand and assurances that Aspen could and would complete the project within my time frame.

Tear off of old and replacement of old roof was completed. Flashing around skylight leaked during next rain storm. This caused damage to interior drywall. Repairs to drywall and replacement of flashing around skylight was preformed quickly. Within 1 week we found that the gutter apron was installed improperly allowing water to run behind the gutters onto fascia board. Repeated attempts were made to contact Trent Rhyne (Aspen sales rep.), response came only after a week of attempts. Trent came and inspected the work and promised to correct the issue. Trent promised work would start within a week. Two weeks passed with no word from Aspen, workers were only sent after complaints were made to main Aspen office in Missouri. New gutter apron was installed, but still did not reach the gutters allowing rain to run behind the gutters. Complaint was filed with the BBB. Company agreed to replace gutters within a week, actually took 1 month before work was completed.
Description of Work: Aspen was contracted to perform a tear-off of two layers of asphalt shingles, replacement with new asphalt shingles, ice guard, new gutter-apron and drip edge.

Aspen Contracting, Inc. contracted work with a home owner who was the previous owner of the member's home. Aspen installed the gutter apron along the gutter line but the gutters had a pre-existing condition of not being hung correctly. We were not the contractor for the gutters when they were installed, only the roofing contractor in which we put gutter apron on to meet code for the Columbus, OH area. The member bought the house and then made the complaint with the BBB. This was a pre-existing condition, not one that we caused. Aspen has since replaced all of the gutters and industrial sized gutter apron along the gutters. This complaint has been completely resolved. Please contact me with any questions or concerns. Thank you, Pat Nussbeck. 1-888-784-7663
