Description of Work: On June 27, 2013, the skylight blew off my bathroom ceiling. Rain came in and some of the popcorn ceiling came with it, causing a mess. I called this company and they put a tarp on the roof that same day to limit further damage. On July 12, the contractor's roofing team put a new skylight in place and replaced some damaged shingles. However, they did not take the damaged skylight with them. The contractor's indoor team came and scraped and repainted the popcorn ceiling. They also repainted the walls per the insurance company's task list. The stain on the ceiling remained until they repainted it on October 21. While I would use this contractor for roofing work, I would not use them for interior work.

They came out and did an accurate estimate; what we appreciated about them was that once they came out and gave us an estimate and we got the approval from the insurance company, they got right on it and had it finished quickly. The overall experience was excellent. It was a lot of money, but we have a huge house, so we were satisfied. The quality was excellent. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were very good.
