It went great! About 5 men showed up and got to work immediately. They were very efficient and left the yard looking better than it looked when they arrived! We're planning on using them again!

They were working on my neighbors property. I thought maybe they were canvassing the neighborhood and I needed tree service so I waited for them to stop by, but they didn't. After a couple of hours, I went out and asked them if they would remove a small tree that was close to some cables coming from the house. In addition, I asked them to include some limbs that were down. They quoted me a reasonable price but said that they would have to schedule it for another day. Since it was best for me to have it done that day, I reminded Steve that his guys were right there, with the trucks and all the equipment, all he'd have to do was throw the stuff over the fence. He asked me if I wanted the stump ground down. (I guessed it may have been more of a scheduling issue if I did.) He was really very friendly and he said he'd go and ask if they could get it done right away. Shortly, he returned and told me they would swing by after lunch. Three quarters of an hour later they were back. They cleared out the limbs and cut down the old apple tree. They worked as a team and did a good job with the debris. It didn't take more than 20 minutes but they had plenty of manpower. They were friendly and professional. They even took out a small limb that was dangling from a tall elm tree in the front, for no extra charge. I would use this company again.

It took several phone calls to get an estimate and one no show by someone named Ray. That should have given me a hint. They were hired to trimmed my Ash, Maple and Linden trees. The trees were to be thinned by removing excess limbs and there were to be no cross branches left on the trees but there were. They removed the sand cherries. It took several phone calls to get them to grind the stumps and by the time they finished the work it was too late for me to plant the replacement bushes. When I went to plant the following Spring, three of the stumps were still there. I knew that contacting Steve would be pointless so I planted around the stumps.

Contacted on two separate occasions. He made an appointment with me both times and never showed (or called). When I called and left a message wanting to reschedule (after the second no-show) I never received a return phone call

It went well, all done by phone.

They've come out twice. Their price is fair. They're friendly, professional, and do the work that they're supposed to.

We contacted All About Trees to get an estimate on our backyard (e.g. tree trimming, bush removal, hauling and removal of debris). They came out quickly for the estimate, March 15, 2012, and the individual we dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional. What changed all of this was getting the actual work done. Once the estimate was given, we were told it would be approximately two weeks before they could get back to us, and that was fine. Two weeks passed without any contact, we called them to find out the status of the work and were told that they were delayed due to weather and that they would call the next day. The call never came; we ended up calling back a few days later and received the same answer. After another week we called back and were told that we would be placed on the schedule the following day, at this point this was three weeks into the original estimate. We called back again and were told they could not find us on the schedule, at which point we cancelled the work. The following day they called and stated that it was an error and that we were on the schedule and that they would be out on Friday, April 06, 2012. We at that time declined because we felt that we were only put on the schedule to save a contract. If they would have just kept in contact with us, we would have kept the contract, but we felt as though our business was not important. We select our business based on customer service and professionalism. We understand that delays occur and are willing to work with those issues, but it truly depends on the communication between the vendor and the customer.

They came at the time and date they said they would. Everything went as planned and they did a good job. They cleaned up well and hauled everything away.
