Air Experts Heating And Cooling

My house A/C unit went out on a Sunday night.  I have MS so my body tends to get a little upset at me in the heat and since it was a Sunday night, I knew that I wasn't going to be able to get anybody out until the next day.  I knew it was going to be a long hot night.  A friend of mine recommended Air Experts.  She gave me the number and I told her that I would call in the morning, but she kept insisting that I could call them that night as they actually answer the phone 24/7.  So, I called them at 10:00 pm on a Sunday night and low and behold somebody answered.  Katie was very pleasant and sympathetic to my situation.  She said that she might have a tech that could still come out that night to look at the A/C unit.  Although I really wanted my A/C fixed, I really wan't in the mood to pay extra fees for a call out on a Sunday night.  I asked about those and she said that there would be no additional charge to the standard service fee.  This was getting better and better.  I knew that they were located in Lee's Summit and I am located in Gardner so I asked if they would be able to travel that far.  She said that they would and took my number and went to call her tech for an ETA.  She called me back in less than 5 minutes to let me know that someone would be by in about an hour to look at my unit.  James showed up on time and was also very pleasant and sympathetic to my situation.  He immediately went to the unit and started taking a look.  All I keep thinking to myself was here it was almost midnight on a Sunday night, my A/C has only been out for a couple of hours and I am still going to be able to get it fixed.  Who-hoo!!!  James quickly identified that the capacitor needed to be replaced and quoted me a price.  He had the part needed with him and replaced it.  He also ran some additional checks on the unit and answered all of my questions and explained what he was doing every step of the way.  I have to admit that I learned a lot about A/C units that night.  He was very professional but yet also very efficient considering he was working while answering all of my questions.  I went to bed that night with the house already cooling off and knowing that I would wake up in the morning with everything back to normal and it would been as if the stress of the A/C going out was only a dream.  Thank you Air Experts and I will recommend you to everybody I know!

My AC stopped working.  They were there the same day.  They called to let me know when they were on the way and arrived on time.  They repaired and cleaned my AC and encouraged me to ask questions.  They were very helpful and knowledgeable.  I was so impressed that I signed up with them for routine preventative maintenance.
