Jim and team did a great job leveling my floors, they even fixed an issue with my sump pump. I highly recommend them for any issue you might have with crawl spaces and foundations.

They did an excellent job. The wall looks better than it did when we bought the house. They were informative and willing. Their fee was very reasonable. We will be using them again on another project.

Jim and his team came out to take care of a growing crack and small footing/structural issue on our entryway. Though it was generally tough to get anyone to show up, they came out, bid and began work within 2 weeks of first contact which was appreciated. While working on our house they also completed some extra repairs on a cracked archway for our front door, more repointing on the face of the house and the chimney and I hired them to help put on our chimney caps - a project I had been told a half dozen times "couldn't be done" because of the style of our flue or contractors would disappear on me. They spent the time to do their best to match the mortar color to our historic home's mortar color. No mix is going to be a 100% match because of various factors (including age), but of the two times we've had masons out to do repairs their initial mortar mixing was pretty spot on in color and texture. Our most problematic area ended up cracking slightly again after repairs, but Jim had one of his guys back out to repoint the area again. This time with a slightly different color, but without extra charge. Overall Jim's team did an excellent job, addressed any concerns I had and made sure the job was done properly to preserve the historic nature of our home as best as possible.

Jim and his crew were wonderful! They were at my house very shortly after our first contact and they had the work done in under a week! I have been stressing about this project for a very long time and they really set me at ease. They not only completed the work I contacted them for but truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and satisfied.

Great work; did a thorough job of repairing front porch red brick steps/stoop that were literally falling apart in pieces. The crew cleaned old mortar from existing bricks and reused all that were salvageable. Did not rush the job, and left the area clean afterwards. Owner stayed in communication throughout the project, immediately notified me when there would be a delay due to circumstances beyond his control (weather, staff out sick). Price bid for project was reasonable, certainly worth the quality of work done. Would certainly hire again and refer to others.

Jim and the team were one of the only companies who actually showed up to bid, got back to use quickly and subsequently came to do the work. We had them repoint a number of areas around our home as well as sure up the footing on our brick entryway which was the main point of concern. While here they noticed the concrete cap on our chimney needed replacing and we went ahead and had them do that too. 90% of the work performed has been great, but we are 12 months on now from the initial work and the entryway continues to shift and overall break the repointing work Jim's team did. To their credit, they've been back out twice to repoint again, the first time after 6 weeks when it broke, then the work lasted about 4 months until it broke again. They didn't come back out again until several months after that and this last repair unfortunately didn't last more than a week. The repointing itself was great, it matched the color of grout on our historic home fairly well. The issue and reason for the lower star rating is that unfortunately whatever foundation work may have been done by the team did not resolve the foundation problems the entryway has and we are back on the hunt for a new company who can actually help us fix our problem.
