The job was to take only under 60 days. They started in Sept 2013 and they call it quits around Oct 2014. Ben is a nice guy but only has one thing on his mind after he gets a contract and that collect the money! The bottom line is he and his grew screw up the job! They total my irrigation system They damage the stone counter top in three places Didn't install the elect right They install a demo grill unit as a new unit and try to tell me that Bull Grill the company refused to give a replacement unit when it would never work I contacted Bull Grill and they track this grill as a demo unit and they don't replace demo units. I got Bull to sent me a new grill and the contractor need install the unit but the unit isn't installl right at least the grill does work now. There are items the contractor was and still left to do but he refuses to do because he is now saying that he did $80-100,000.00 of work on my job and I only pay him $49,000.00 I pay him what he charge me for all the work to be done and now he wants more money to do the job right. I refuse to pay anymore money to him. He told us that he would still honor the 1 year warranty on his work and products used but that is not true. I call him last week to deal with the water falls not able get the shelve they put in to hold the rocks which after only 2 months have bend beyond used now and unable to get the pumps out for the winter as to safe them and he hasn't even called back. I got a lot of things that will need to be redone and will now it looks like we will be having to bring a law suite assiasnt him and his company to repair,replace and or redo what we pay this company to do right in the first place. We are hoping that Angie list will be able to get this company to do what they were contacted to do and done the right way. We will see what happen

Ben was very responsive to our need for a free estimate. Though he could not make it the first day due to a scheduling conflict, he promptly rescheduled and came back. He gave us a bid for our yard, including drainage, window well covers, and adding some dirt. We a few bids, but, unfortunately, we did not go with Ben and his company. He did handle things well overall.

Their works are good, they were exceptional. They were good in completing their jobs. We will going to hire them again in the future.

Overall, our experience went very well. They worked very hard, and worked with our schedule. We can't say enough good things about this company! Ben Simpson is responsive, and his communication is excellent. I highly recommend Turf Designers Lawn and Landscape to others!
