They were very prompt. Came within 24 hours of calling. Began cleaning up on Sunday, and placing fans and dehumidifier. Came back on Tuesday to pick equipment up.
Description of Work: We called our local Servpro and they sent the Kansas City people who were helping clean up severe damages in our area. The personnel were most courteous and trying to please.

Their team adjusted the return visits around our schedule. The initial crew was like a SWAT team attacking the damage, moving furniture, boxes and memorabilia. They worked for quite a while. They, too, were very polite and courteous. The project manager continued to work with us throughout the process and met with our insurance adjuster at the house to explain the work that had to be done. I can only say that they have an outstanding crew and I would recommend them to anyone if they need cleanup professionals.
Description of Work: Following a water pipe bursting in my home one late Sunday afternoon, the Team at Servpro of Lee's Summit, came to our house late Sunday night. After a long, full day dealing with similar flooding situations in Commercial and residential property, the Production Manager and their crew were polite, considerate and courteous in all of their dealings with me.
