Excellent. The receptionist helped me schedule a date and time to get this job done when my schedule was crazy busy and with deadlines. Also, the manager called the car dealership on my behalf and explained the the tinting on the car was not legal in the state of KS and worked with them to pay for the removal and replacement of window tinting. He was successful and I only paid for the tinting upgrade.

Everything came out fine. It took about an hour and a half. I think I got this company out of Angie's List, they just seemed the most professional. My wife really liked the showroom and the product presentation they had, it was really good.

I would tell you to use them, There are a lot of fly by night shops out there. The are perfect about cleaning up afterwards. They actually came out to us, that's what so great about it.

Had to Share the great experience I had with Midwest Tinting in Lee's Summit MO Today! When I got there at 5 minutes BEFORE their scheduled open the Lobby was already full of Customers. This is Definitely due to their Amazing Customer service from the whole team! When I was unsure what %(darkness) I wanted to do, one of the Install technicians Karen, Came out from the bay and walked me through the Options and took the time to explain the differences and ask important questions. For example, I would have never thought to have the rear windows a little darker to help keep My infant son Cooler. Not Only will I be bringing the Wife's car here ASAP, I will be referring any and all to this amazing company. Not only do they have an Amazing Team they also use the best products. Everything I did today came with a lifetime warranty. Also while waiting in the lobby I sat and read all the awards they have received and contests they have won (a lot apparently) but the picture that stood out the most was a thank you note from the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Midwest Tinting Donated Coosies for a Community/Campus Walk. Any Company that takes the time to be a PART of their community makes a conscious decision to be better.

This is the best place for window tinting in the Kansas City area. I am getting ready to have the windows tinted on my 4th vehicle in the last 4 years. Each experience with Midwest Tinting is exceptional. The staff is very friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable about their products and are great about answering questions. The window tinting products they sell are of great quality. I have never had any problems with the tint on any of the vehicles we have had tinted there. I was able to make an appointment and wait while my car was being tinted the last time I was there. It was very convenient and they worked quickly to get me back on the road. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for window tinting services. I have recommended their service to many friends and no one has been disappointed with their services. This is the place to go if you are looking for window tinting services. You will be glad you did!

The team at Midwest Tinting in Lees Summit are excellent in customer service and second to none in technical expertise. I've had windows tinted by them on four different cars since moving here and all came out looking awesome. So when I decided to put a pair of side stripes on my '15 Dodge Charger, there was no doubt in my mind who I was going to have do this. There are more locations in the KC metro area and I bet they are pretty good too, but fortunately for me the Lees Summit store is closest to me- they are the Best!!!

Called on Thursday and they were able to get us in on the following day. Very friendly staff, explained everything we needed to know and make our decision. 4-Runner looks great!!!

The product is excellent as far as I can tell and the staff were all very friendly and professional. Dustin spent a lot of time with me explaining what was done and threw in a large bottle of Expel car wax at no charge.
