They were fantastic. They were very conscientious, very helpful, and communicative throughout the process. I loved that the owner himself came in to measure, did a 3D design, and they did an excellent job. And cleaned up afterward that left me with a beautiful pantry.

Jeff did a wonderful job assessing our needs and working with us to tweak to our specifications. We had a hiccup in the paint and repair area but Jeff and his team were able to make it right. The timeliness, organization, cleanliness and overall professionalism made us feel that we were in good hands and proud of our purchase. We love the results!

Jeff and his team were on time, very responsive, incredibly clean and helpful throughout the planning and installation of our custom closet. He understood what I wanted and made suggestions that helped me to get the best closet design. They showed up exactly when they said they would for install, cleaned up after themselves wonderfully, and stayed until they knew I was perfectly happy with the installation and set up of the closet components. Even had a organizational expert there (which I wasn't expecting) to help me organize my closet as I put things away.

Great! Jeff was easy to work with and very responsive and punctual, which is hard to find these days. I provided Jeff with a rough layout of the closet space, and Jeff provided a detailed mock-up within a day or so. He answered all of my questions, despite him being out of town. Jeff then came out to measure the space and discuss layout and design options. This took about 30-45 minutes. He was very helpful in providing advice on how to best utilize the space based on my wardrobe and storage needs. The closet is not a large space (about 6' x 8'), but I had Jeff do the demo and haul away the old materials. That was done quickly (under an hour) and without making a mess at all. The closet install was scheduled about two weeks after the design layout meeting. On the install date, Jeff's crew arrived on time and looked very professional. The entire install was completed within a matter of hours and they cleaned up the space very well after completing the job. As a side note, a tree limb fell in my front yard the morning of the install, and Jeff's crew offered to haul it away for me (talk about customer service!). The end product looks great and is very functional. The cost of the project was right on budget and much more affordable than other options I considered. I will be certain to use KC Custom Closets in the future and I highly recommend them for your closet and storage needs.

They gave us a quote and stuck to the quote. They began work on the exact day they said they would. They had ideas about renovating the pantry that I would not have though of. The pantry looks great and came out exactly as we had hoped. The whole process was efficient and professional.

Everything went great, end result was excellent and in timeframe agreed upon. Expensive but good quality.

Jeff got back to me promptly, was very professional, stayed in communication with us, arrived on time and cleaned up the area when they left. I told him we were on a budget, they showed me the less expensive options. The price ended up being lower than the original estimate. We couldn't afford fancy, but it turned out lovely and much more functional! I After dealing with a number of contractors on our old house, I can't tell you how nice it is to have someone who does all of those things! He was one of the only contractors that I didn't have to chase down to pin down dates and times or details. The doors didn't get delivered when expected, but they came out on the install date and did all the other work and then installed the doors a couple of days later (faster than I had anticipated). Apparently our wall wasn't square, and gave them trouble, but I can't tell at all from the finished product. I would hire them again and definitely recommend them to friends.

Spend any time buying things and you will probably hear the phrase “Faster, better, cheaper — pick two.” Sometimes referred to as “The Iron Triangle”, this supposedly self-evident truism is repeated with great regularity as if to suggest that you can never achieve all three. I can say that in hindsight, we did achieved all three with KC Custom Closets. Our master bedroom closet needed a total makeover so we reached out three firms. And after careful comparison, we picked Jeff with KC Custom Closets. He provided the best quality closet system, installed sooner than his competitors and was the lowest price of all three. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Our closet is now a showcase of our home.

Very well. Jeff was extremely punctual and impressed me with his work ethic and the quality of the materials he used. He had good ideas to refresh the space and made it much more attractive and functional. I had expected there would be a big mess with the tear out of the old, and Jeff was extremely careful and thoughtful about the rest of the house while he was working here. I'm extremely satisfied with this job and would recommend and use this company again without hesitation.

We love our new closets! We have the same amount of hanging space in our coat closet but now have space to store multiple storage bins, winter clothes, and blankets. My home office now looks like something out of a magazine. They even painted my filing cabinets purple to match the walls and put them on a sliding thingy so I can reach the shelves on both sides of the closet. They were very courteous and professional and really helped us come up with a design that we love.
