Went very well, they saved me money and completed then job in two days just as they said they would.

They did unnecessary work doubling cost of repairs, they dumped concrete and rebar in my backyard instead of hauling away, left existing beam that was to be taken, they clogged my basement drain and now they are being incredibly difficult when I’m asking for them to make things right.

Quality crew came in, and did this job a lot quicker than I anticipated. All that was in our agreement was done, and very professionally at that. 100% clean when they left, and they took all debris from the project with them.

We have had our basement walls stabilized, a full sump system installed and our garage floor and driveway stabilized. All work was fully described prior to contract signing and performed as described. All their staff have been very polite, knowledgeable and professional. They may not be the least expensive but we are fully satisfied with all their work. I recommend.

Dave from Foundation Recovery came and did my annual basement inspection. I’ve had a sump pump - and gutters to direct the water to it - installed by them, for three years. And so far I’ve had no water in my basement. Even during the heavy spring rains in KC. Dave was very friendly and professional, and very knowledgeable about basements and their problems. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I appreciate the great service Dave! Thanks.

Made appt they came out. Spent 1.5 hours measuring taking notes. The. Said he needed help and had tried calling to of his managers and got no answer. Will go back and talk with them and get back with us. That was 9 days ago and haven’t heard anything

This service was done at my father's house in IL. The crew was very professional. We did have to have them come back out and remove the plates on basement walls so the STL Crack Team could seal the wall cracks.

The crew arrived on time and worked late until they completed the job. Its been 6 months and everything is still good. The crew was highly professional and extremely knowledgeable on the work that they were doing.
