Nathan Bright was the best, most experienced we have had out to our home ever. He was extremely nice and professional. Nathan Bright is the man to be with Foundation Recovery Systems, they should be very proud to have him and appreciate him to the most extent. He explained all about the companies history. Nathan Bright listened and answered all of our questions and concerns. He was patient with some interrupting I had with other workers that came during our visit. Crew came out led by Mr Coleman and installed a discharge line. Satisfaction at its finest. Communication is an A++++++. They didn't mind the heat and knocked it out. I highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems to anyone. Ask to meet Coleman or his crew to do the work!

We had a nightmare of a foundation problem which resulted in the installation of 10 piers. We were quoted for 17 total, but was able to split up the project to handle the worst of the problem first due to finances. Adam was our inspector, and he was phenomenal! He spent an entire day at our house, taking precise measurements inside and out, mapping out where and how the piers would be installed to give us a better understanding. He walked us through the financial aspect of it, and allowed us to break the project down in more manageable pieces. Adam knows exactly what he's talking about, and will take the time to make sure his customers understand everything! The lead guy, Deshon who completed the project was just as phenomenal! He was very precise and careful in preventing additional damage while digging along the foundation! There were three guys who did the work from start to finish in less than 5 days! [Even with a bump in the road on the first day!] Once the first 3 piers were installed, we were already able to open and close our troublesome doors for the first time in months! Along with the 10 piers, the cracks were sealed, a new drainage system with gravel, and a waterproofing mat was added! I have referred this company, inspector, and team of guys multiple times already - and will continue to do so!

Camden was an excellent foundation representative, very informative and polite. Looking forward to getting our basement wall supported!
