Description of Work: Small job replacing a mailbox which had been run over in the middle of the night. The job was done quickly and correctly.

It went very well. He showed up when he said he'd show up, he worked, and it looks better than it ever did. There were no surprises or extra charges - he insists on writing up a contract and going over it before. He found things he hadn't anticipated but he did it for the same charge, and he came in $2000 below the closest other bidder and offered more for that money, so his price was excellent. I'm really happy; it was probably one of the best experiences I've had dealing with a contractor.
Description of Work: He re-built a deck for me using composite decking.
