+ 0 moreThey did fine. Once we got everything ironed out, he came when he said. They even cleaned my mirrors for me even when I didn't ask them to. I don;t think he's actually doing windows anymore. I think he just did it for me because he had that deal so he has to honor. I didn't really shop around much. He did a really good job. He could have been better about responsiveness. When I was initially trying to schedule, he was I'm on a roof or I'm doing this right now. Can you call me back? Instead of making it a point for him to call me. I think that would be my only complaint. He was on time so no issues there.
Description of Work: They did my windows. They did all my windows inside and out.

Description of Work: We have over 37 sizable various shaped windows, doors and sliders. Many people we had contacted in the past would not even attempt the upper windows. He did a great job,cleaned all windows without any issues. Very responsive, punctual and professional. His service will be requested again from this client.

+ -1 moreHe comes first, looks at the job and gives you a bid. He is open to do extras as needed, and even allots time for this. We have difficult roll out windows. His work is awesome and the windows are spotless. All of the residue from the lake has been removed, and our view is spectacular this morning. His price is very affordable, especially for retired people, such as ourselves. We have 18-20 foot ceilings with vertical skylights. These windows have not been cleaned for 12 years. His ladder extended all the way up to these and removed cobwebs that had never before been reached. I believe that this went above and beyond.

+ 0 moreRob shows up when he is scheduled and if for some reason he is running late he calls to let you know. He explains exactly what he is doing. Very professional.
Description of Work: Rob cleaned the inside and outside of all of our windows and did a fantastic job. He also has provided exterminating services inside and outside of our home several times. We are very impressed with the job he has done. We have recommended him to many of our neighbors and friends.

+ -1 moreRob, the owner, came to perform the service who I found to be a very nice, clean cut young man with a professional attitude. He called to let me know he was on his way. I'm having him come back out in 2 months to clean my windows again since he did such a great job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Cleaned all my windows on the 1st and 2nd floor twice as is customary he said when cleaning. It's nice to see again through clean windows as they were really dirty.

Pro Window & Exterminating offers the following services: We provide commercial, residential, and high rise window cleaning, as well as pest control services. We have seen some pretty challenging houses and businesses, but we have yet to see a window we can't clean. Typically, we charge $1 per piece of glass per side. For example, the outside of a double hung window would be $2. We also charge for the degree of difficulty to get to the window, i.e. bushes or height. Power washing services are typically $150 for a 1 story house and $300 for a 2 story.
