The repair was completed as requested. No other items needed attention. The service was timely. Courtesy was outstanding. I'm 80 years old and while I can move the pc from the car to the shop, the task is a bit difficult. The representative voluntarily left the counter, came outdoors and removed the pc from the car and carried it into the shop and was very friendly throughout. The same was true when I came back to pick it up.
