They did get job done, tho it took several days. They had the best price of three estimates I received.

Excellent!! When I called it was only 12 degrees outside-a guy was here in alittle over a hour. They ordered part and had it shipped overnight for a fair price - The guy who fixed it was very nice and very helpful :-) He was back the next am first thing :-) 24 hours ago I was freezing in my own home but now it is very warm and cozy :-)

Diagnosed correctly. Part was ordered and work done within 2 days. Working great ever since. Very professional and courteous service.

It went great. My furnace had caught on fire and burnt and melted a bunch of electronics in my furnace. (2 pole sequencer and blower relay) Sounds expensive right? It wasn't that bad considering. They were here in a few hours after calling them, he checked everything out to see why it happened, replaced said electronics and wires, and he even cleaned my coils with a wire brush. (I'm pretty sure thats my job) Parts + labor = $189.00 = Happy customer :)

Look no further!! Just stop and go call Henderson Heating and Cooling, PERIOD!! I have yet to find a more competent and professional business than this one. They are BY FAR the most trust worthy and honest business I have had the pleasure of hiring to do my HVAC services. I am not familiar with all the technicians they employ, so I will speak of one in particular that I am familiar with, "Jack" is the person who has always serviced my system. He has also conducted an appraisal for me on replacing my original equipment. Jack is patient, and caring. He wants to provide you with the best service you deserve, and he does so with pride and commitment. As an employee of Henderson Heating and Cooling, Jack carries their reputation of quality work at a best price with loyalty and trust. I'm sure the other technicians are just as competent as Jack, so I would trust any of them. As for the company, EVERY SINGLE TIME i have had to call their business, I was greeted with the most kind and understanding professional. They are willing to listen to my concerns and offer possible solutions for the purpose of trying to save me money. Again, they are looking out for my best interest and it shows. I have never met these follks, so I don't write this comment with a biased opinion. I write it because it NEEDS to be shared with everyone out there who's looking for HVAC service. Henderson will not try to sell you something you don't need. They don't try to place bandages on your problems. They FIX problems. So, bottom line: If you want someone to FIX your HAVC problems and do it with complete professionalism and pride, just call them! It's that simple. I close by saying that because I'm a retired Army vet with over 22 years active duty service in special units, I have come to learn how to tell when someone is trying to rip me off. This company is NOT one of those company's.

They did a great job, relocated the outside unit and replaced both inside and outside units. Works great!

1130 am discovered in-op fan on outside a/c unit. called it in to office 1135 am on a saturday.they were here to a rural home and repaired it and gone in 2 1/2 hrs pretty good for a weekend call!!!

I just used Henderson Heating & Cooling to get a bid to get their assessment on how would I was the price of a project and how much it would cost, what they would do and what their recommendations would be. The only thing that I didn’t like was the price as it was little bit overpriced. Some other things that I figured out with my own personal knowledge I thought that they would hopefully catch with their eye and let me know that some of the things were wrong and probably needed to be fixed but they didn’t catch. So I didn’t go with them for that reason.

I believe the cost was reasonable. When I asked friends and neighbors in the community who they would recommend, they universally recommended Henderson Heating. We had a little glitch at first with the system, but they were right out and apologized and no questions asked. They did a good job and I am glad I used them.

The guys were very professional. When I had a problem they came back and took care of it.
