We had a different company service our heat pump twice in 2 months and was still not working properly. Called Fixed to Stay and a repairman came the next day and quickly found a freon leak. Our unit was 18 years old and not as energy efficient as the newer ones. Fixing the old unit was not an option. The repairman set up a consultation with a sales rep. for the next day. The sales rep was very informative and patient as we had lots of questions. We were given several options on the size and price of a new heat pump. Removal of old unit and installation of new was done in one day. We were also able to recycle our old unit ourselves. The installers also cleaned up after themselves. They were professional throughout. The sales rep. returned a day or so after unit was installed to check if we were happy with it and to pick up the final payment. Everyone we had contact with was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with.

This is a company who excels at everything they do from start to finish. Gary who was the installer is very knowledgeable, very professional and very helpful. We couldn't ask for anything more. We highly recommend to anyone!

My heat pump quit working in 90 degree weather. I called another company who diagnosed the problem as a compressor leak and said I needed a complete system replacement since my heat pump was 15 years old. I wanted another opinion so I called Custom Comfort (who now goes by the name of Fixed to Stay). The diagnosis was the same, so a meeting was scheduled with a products technician named Tom to discuss product options. I was very impressed with Tom. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient, answering every one of my many questions. He spent three hours inspecting our old system, taking measurements, explaining system options, and detailing exactly what would be done during the replacement process. He gave us a written estimate and a checklist of expectations related to every step of the installation, including cleanup. The installers were very meticulous in getting the new system up and running properly. After the installation was complete, Tom came back to inspect the work which, in my mind, reinforced the company's dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction. A couple of minor issues were found which included not sealing the old air intake vents and overlooking one area of clean up. The installers corrected those issues the next day, without complaint. In their defense, they had worked a long day making sure the installation was completed properly and the equipment was running efficiently, which to me was the most important part of the job. I chose this company because of their professionalism, their outstanding knowledge level, and their desire and ability to do the job right.
