A Live Wire

We had a whole plethora of electrical things not working. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Everything works great now. Friendly, professional, and a master of his craft. Would definitely recommend.

Work that was done was very good. Kevin has great knowledge and helped think things through. we had to stop the project before completion due to outside circumstances, but won't hesitate to have him back to finish when we proceed again.

He arrived about 40 minutes late. He was going to write us an estimate, and drop it off at my work the next day. I texted him the next day, but got no response. I tried to contact him by phone and text over subsequent days to no avail.

Wow, my husband and I were really impressed with this guy. He was prompt and on the job right away. He knows what he's doing because right away he narrowed down what the problem was. We needed a new Main due to corrosion or a minor leak. Sure enough we found out that there was minor leak where the wires come into the roof (there's no boot to seal it from moisture). It was 4:30pm and we told him he could come back the next day after he gets the part, because we live out in the middle of nowhere. So we were pleasantly surprised when he called at 5:30pm to say he was on his way with the part. Wow, talk about service. Over all, we are very impressed with his work, his ethics, his professionalism, and his knowledge.

When Kevin said he would be here, he was. He performed all services in a timely and neat manner.

We decided to try yet another electrician being previous ones haven't been dependable and don't seem to be licensed. This electrician actually went to school and got his license and knows what he is doing. He was prompt, courteous, and reliable. The job was completed with no slack time (i.e. phone calls, cigarette breaks, etc.) The lights and sensors were installed neatly and professionally. If your job needs to be rescheduled, he will call well ahead of time.
