Picture Perfect Tree Care

I was very happy with the work performed by Picture Perfect.  They were professional and took great care to meet and exceed our expectations.  I was very impressed with how thoroughly they cleaned up after taking the trees down.  Every twig and leaf was cleaned up and taken away, leaving no evidence that the trees were even there.  I will definitely use Picture Perfect again!

I called James towards evening. He answered the phone and he and his wife came by on their way home from Smithville. Gave me a fair bid on the spot and promised to be at my house the following Thursday at 9 AM. The crew came promptly at 9 AM as promised and worked until 9:30 PM to remove a 3 huge trees that were growing close to the house. They didn't even touch a couple of smaller trees that were growing close by or get too close to the house. Everything (branches, trunks, leaves, etc.) was removed and cleaned up before they left for the day. The next day, James came back and ground out the stumps. They left the shavings for me to use as compost, as asked. I was concerned about the workers leaving gates open as I have 2 dogs that like to break out whenever possible but the crew was very careful about that. I would definitely hire them back again.

I live in, and own two rental properties in Independence, MO and was referred to this tree service by a friend. James, the company rep., came out the same day I called him regarding a 80+ year old Maple tree between two houses, a fence, and of course an A/C unit. His price was extremely fair compared to past quotes I was offered by other contractors. This made me a little apprehensive in the beginning but James assured me that he and his job foreman Rick both had many years of experience in the trade and would be able to handle the removal of the Maple quickly and professionally. 2 days immediately later the tree was 100% gone, all brush was carried off, and three different yards were raked completely out. The only damage reported to me was an already rotten railing on my neighbors porch which had become dislodged during this process. James was kind enough to correct the issue. My neighbor was so impressed with their skills that he had them trim two of his trees the next day.
