They did good, they came on time and did good work. They explained everything beforehand and provided an estimate, they did pretty good overall.
Description of Work: They replaced and put in a new furnace and A/C unit.

Could not find a problem but offered to come back if it happened again. The Tech tried to explain everything he checked in terms we could understand. Plans are to bring them back for contract service in the spring. We now have their number posted on the furnace.
Description of Work: Trouble shoot a possibly blower motor issue with our furnace.

We had an older furnace when we bought this home. Called Double C at least 2-4 times a season to limp it along. Always quick to respond to calls. One time we started to fire it up and wouldn't come on....my husband forgot a switch...chad didn't 27t even charge us to come up. I felt stupid. But we had them put in a new furnace in 2011 and doing perfect every since.
