Description of Work: They charged me over $200 to install a dishwasher where an existing dishwasher had already been. Then it took them over 5 hours to do the install. They did not have to even move any existing dishwasher as we had it removed before they got here. Then they went in to fix the toilet and placed in a flapper that we already had purchased and charged us for our own part, They charged us for the same flapper that we had already bought. Our dishwasher which is brand new has still not worked properly since they installed it and we have no money to hire another lumber to fix it so are now washing dishes when we have a brand new dishwasher that they installed. The man left a mess. It took him forever to do a job that lasted for hours that should have taken about at the most one hour and by charging me by the hour made it to where we paid more for the installation than we did the dishwasher. We went up to see the owner of the plumbing company who came to my home and told me that he would pay us back by installing for free a new faucet in our kitchen if we bought the faucet from him. Well the faucet was going to cost almost $200 so he was trying to screw us all over again. He never gave us our money back and never fixed anything properly. Never ever use this plumbing company. They are complete and total ripoffs. They did this to us, senior citizens and should be totally ashamed of themselves for their shabby workmanship and theft as they stole our money by using our parts that we had bought already and charging us for new parts from them.

Description of Work: We have used Clements Plumbing for years. They are professional in all aspects of their work and service. No matter how busy they are, when you call with something urgent they always do their best to get to your problem in a timely manner. They have always been very good to work with on payments when we've had something costly go wrong and need replaced. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing, heating or cooling job!
