They do a good job. They are prompt, professional, and reliable.

I have had no issues with the furnace, but they needed to check everything. I will use them for my furnace, but they don't give accurate information on the ac system.

I call "Dave" of Superior whenever I have a problem with my furnace/AC unit. He has been coming out to my house for years, dating back two owners prior to me (which is where I learned of this company). I trust him and his work. He's a good guy, and I think he's been doing service work for many years, so he knows his stuff and is honest about what needs to be done. I purchased a new furnace/AC unit from Superior five years ago, so I don' t have to see Dave very often.

We went with this company because we liked the product--Lennox, and it was the lowest estimate we received. The salesperson was straightforward and seemed not all that interested in explaining things to me (which by this point, I kind of appreciated! I got way too many estimates). Turn around time was quick--maybe four days-from the time we accepted the estimate until installation. They sent two techs to do the installation. Both were minimum polite. They both listened to i-pods at all times, even when I was talking to them and them to me. When I asked one to show me how to use the new thermostat he replied, "I don't usually do that but I guess I will". Then he programmed the thermostat (still listening to music). I still don't know how to set the thermostat. I could also hear the techs downstairs, talking loudly, about things not very appropriate. Overall, the techs were not very professional and left me wondering about their qualifications.

Very helpful at estimation time. Gave me suggestions for cutting utility costs. Installation was timely, workmen cleaned up well afterward and were highly professional. At this time, I would recommend this company to anyone. I'm anticipating similar ongoing service based on reports from friends and neighbors who have used this company.

With the old furnace acting up, we needed a replacement to avoid the constant maintenance. Superior Heating installed it and have come back to give us a free checkup on the unit.

The contractor sent out was very nice. He took a look at the leak, told me the cost to fix and after I approved, he fixed it and was gone in no time. The process was painless.

I have been using them for years. They are here when they say they will be and they are very convenient. They have installed every heater and A/C unit I have ever had.

The technician was 1 1/2 hours late the first time he came because there was some rain that day. He was on time the next day. I am frustrated that we had that big of a leak that he didn't find it the first time without charging me an additional $150 fee to find it, plus the $150 I had already paid him. Then the price difference on the repair itself was enough that anyone should be cautious using this company. I will say that everyone in the company was very polite and professional.

Repairman (I believe it was Tony) was polite and efficient. Knowledgeable. No complaints. Price seemed reasonable. Did not receive call prior to arriving to give a 2 hour window for arrival (We were told we would receive that). That was the only negative but not too important for us since we are retired. I called and got the 2 hour window, and the repairman arrived during the promised time.

We called Superior in the morning and they had someone at our home that afternoon. They worked around our work schedule and came when someone could reasonably be at home. Before coming to the house, Superior provided a preliminary cost estimate based on our description of the problem. Terry, the serviceman, was prompt, efficient, and polite. His service was excellent and the cost reasonable. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Superior came to the house to fix the AC within 24 hours of my call. The repairman was prompt, courteous, and thorough in his diagnosis and repair of the problem.

I've used them for 40 years and have always been very pleased. They do excellent work and are very reliable. They always send Dave, and he is a very nice, young man to work with.

ROBERT SHOWED UP ON-TIME ON HIS SCHEDULED DAY. PRESENTED HIMSELF WELL; KNOWLEDGEABLE. GAVE ME AN HONEST ASSESSMENT OF SUSPECTED PROBLEM BUT NEVER TRIED TO ''SCARE'' ME INTO SOMETHING LIKE A NEW PURCHASE. CANDIDLY RESPONDED TO ALL MY QUESTIONS. I WILL CONTACT THIS SAME COMPANY FOR AN ESTIMATE ON A NEW HEATING & COOLING SYSTEM WHEN I'M READY (E.G., WITHIN A YEAR OR TWO). SUSPECT LEAK IN SYSTEM - OUTSIDE UNIT DETAILED LEAK INSPECTION OK; SUSPECT MINOR LEAK ON INDOOR UNIT (A-COIL).

THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY I CALLED THEM, WERE ON TIME, AND GOT THEIR JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. VERY POLITE, NICE AND PROFESSIONAL.

THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE, FAIR AND INEXPENSIVE.
