I have been to a few New Beginnings Estate Sales and they are always very well organized. Bridgette and her team are welcoming, friendly and always willing to help and answer questions.

Bridget and the New Beginnings team promote a positive environment at all of their sales. They are helpful and very friendly. Their sales consistently offer high end goods with reasonable prices. This combination places them at the top of all estate sale companies in the St Louis region.

I have attended several New Beginnings Estate Sales and have been completely impressed with their team and the professionalism of their sales events. From marketing to parking everything runs smoothly. Security, traffic flow, pricing, merchandise presentation, checkout etc. are all carefully executed. I would recommend New Beginnings to anyone planning an Estate sale.

I was so impressed by New Beginnings Auctions/Estate Sales. I recently attended a "downsizing sale" with very high-end, expensive and NIB items. The staff and owners were friendly, extremely helpful, patient and well-informed. They maintained the perfect balance of keeping the buyers happy and moving through the inventory while respecting the seller's home and beloved possessions. The sale was extremely well-organized and items were attractively merchandised. The photographs shown on the estate sale website accurately depicted the merchandise in a very attractive and marketable way (much like an Instagram or retail ad). The photographs were not misleading as to the specifications and/or the condition of the items (like a couple of estate sale companies I have encountered where you drag yourself to the sale to find damaged junk or buy online and then get something completely different than you bargained for on pickup). Prices were reasonable and well-marked. Space was limited with only the lower level and garage available for showcasing many, many possessions and security had to be maintained (they had a very smart process for ensuring items were paid for before taken by the would-be purchaser). If I were to have an estate sale or downsizing sale, I would absolutely trust this company in my home, with my "treasures" and to make the most of my estate sale for both myself and buyers. I can't wait to go to their next sale as their professionalism rises so far above the majority of estate sale companies I have encountered, it is a joy to look forward to seeing them all again.

We downsized after 15 years in our home. We needed to have an estate sale but didn’t know where to start. I found a few companies via an on-line service. Asked all of them for 3 referrals, copies of their contracts and a visit to our home to assess. Bridget from New Beginnings stood out from the start. She was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, understanding and her references had nothing but good things to say. Experienced and Capable - Their experience in the estate sale industry was apparent. Bridget and her team started organizing, staging and pricing a few days before the sale. They were respectful of our space and time. They worked around the packers and movers. And they put out no parking signs in front of all our neighbors houses. They transformed our house into a home store in just a couple of days. Great Advertising - The advertising New Beginnings did paid off. They also have a large following. The morning of the first day was amazing. We had people lining up at 6:00 am for an 8:00 am start! The response and showing was incredible. We left the house and let Bridget and her team take care of everything. No Damage - One of my biggest worries was the potential for damage when large furniture pieces were moved out. She assured me everything would be ok. On the off chance that something happened, they would fix it. Nothing was damaged. Payment! - During the sale Bridget kept me informed of gross proceeds each day and provided an itemized list of everything sold. The check came in the mail just a few days after the sale. Honestly, it was more than I was expecting. One lesson learned… Don’t throw away or donate the small stuff, that brings in A LOT! Choosing Bridget and New Beginnings was a great decision. She made a tough and emotional time a little bit better. Thank you New Beginnings!

When I called Bridgette I told her that it was a last minute sale because I had to be out by the end of March. She set up an appointment with me for a couple of days later and said that she only had the days of the 25,26 and 27 available. The Tuesday morning she was to come to my house a man called who did not identify himself other than to say he was calling for Bridgette, said she was not feeling well and would have to reschedule. He also told me she could not do the sale until early April. I told him that she knew I had to close on my house at the end of March and that would not work. This left me in a terrible bind because of the days wasted when I could have found someone reliable. It worked out that I did in fact find someone reliable and I will not be calling New Beginnings again for any services. NOT RELIABLE

I frequently shop at New Beginnings Estate Sales on a regular basis. They are always honest with the customers and with the home owners. Their prices are usually half of retail. They are very honest, hard workers and treat everyone they deal with, with respect. They work very hard to make everyone have a good experience.

Our sale was outstanding!! We had decided that we would leave while the sale was going on. We were afraid it would be too tramatic to watch all the things we were selling go out the door and we would get in the way of her team conducting the sale. We were only a phone call away if they needed to talk to us. That was one of the best decisions we made. At the end of the sale Bridgette gave us an itemized list of every item that sold and what it sold for. Most of the items sold for more than they would have at auction. She also took care of all the money. About 3 days after the sale when all the money was counted and sales finialized she brought us a single check for our proceeds. Because of Bridgette's and her teaam's expertise and experience we made more money than we expected. I am so happy we let them handle everything without us. There was no hassle or trauma for us. We also had alot of fun. Everyone was so friendly and had a great sense of humor. We laughed at some of what we were selling and cried over others. We teased each other and in the end we felt we not only had a great sale but made some new friends. if you want a profitable and enjoyable experience with a professional fun team hire New Beginnings Estate Sales, LLC. Bridgette and her crew were fabulous and provided all the necessary assistance to ensure we had an amazing estate sale. They did the advertising, display set-up, pricing and sales transactions and even provided assistance to customers needing items ca rried and loaded during the event. We couldn't have asked for a better group of people to do our sale. It was a refreshing experience to see a group of young people so motivated to do a great job and provide excellent customer service.
