Dan is very responsive to scheduling project walk throughs and meet ups. The bidding process has gone very well. Dan is very attentive to the details of what we communicate that we need. He builds his bids to reflect this very accurately. With optional break out costs if we ask for them, which is very helpful. His pricing is very competitive, he's not the cheapest in town, nor is he the most expensive, he's just right for good quality service and value. The scheduling with him has been very easy, he is very flexible and accommodating. On one project we had to move scheduling around due to weather issues. The other we had multiple contractors involved and he was accommodating to work with and around them and their schedules. He communicates well on the work progress and does what he says. We have had no issues with quality either, if something isn't right, he makes it right, no questions. Overall, two great experiences =] We highly recommend Dan and LSL Finishes!
