+ -1 moreI've been using Richardson Pest for several years and have always been happy with their knowledge, politeness, and response to any pest issues. Jeff, or sometimes his brother Chuck, comes regularly to spray our home's exterior or interior and once a year for a termite check. Today Jeff came in response to a stink bug problem. I'm confident I won't have the problem anymore. I like that, whether it's Jeff or Chuck, they educate me about the solving the problem and preventing further issues too.

Description of Work: We had a bat in the home. they inspected the crawl space and found evidence for bats. they then sealed all the entry points. very quick to respond and has experience with bat eradication.

Description of Work: They were great on helping with the problem of squirrels in the attic. They were here often checking the none kill traps and informed us every visit on the conditons going on. It did take over a few weeks to get all of the squirrels and they were kind in they time line. Very satisfied in the service we got from them. Yes would hire them again.

+ -1 moreThe first set, we caught a possum. A second trap was set at the entrance of the tunnel but the animal had moved on. I appreciated working with Richard to keep our barn cats safe. While the traps were baited we kept our cats indoors.
Description of Work: Set large traps to remove or relocate a ground hog burrowing and living in our barn.

Description of Work: The owner of the company came and gave me the estimate and was very professional and nice. The price was a little high but when calculated for a one year contact not too bad. I did this once before with another company and they charged $400 but that was years ago so considering this it is good price. The Overall experience rated B due to fact I do not know if any moles were ever caught. Never left memo that he was there or what was done. I will call later to check on this out of town right now. I do not see any mole mounds in my yard. Do not know if this was due to moles being caught or if I killed them with the poison pellets I put out the week before the treatment started.

+ -1 moreChuck was very professional and explained the process from start to finish. He sprayed for insects primarily and inspected for termites. Showed me how to keep a bird from nesting in one our vents which was helpful. He also showed me an infestation of tiny ants and what he did to to insure not only the ants died but how they will bring the chemical back to the colony which also kills the colony. I would recommend this company to anyone with insect or pest problems and he did what he said he would do at a reasonable cost.

Description of Work: Jeff arrived on time, listened to our concerns and walked around the perimeter of the house and and every room in the house. He told us what he saw and indicated what he would do to solve our problems with ants and spiders. He even found a dead brown recluse which was a bit unsettling. As a result of this discovery, after thoroughly spraying the interior and exterior of the house, he placed sticky traps in places where spiders might dwell. He indicated that we could call anytime before our next scheduled treatment and he would come back, if we saw evidence of spiders, etc. I would recommend the company with enthusiasm. He allayed my fears of spiders and my annoyance of ants even though they were only found on the patio and sidewalk.

+ 0 moreChuck came out and looked at the den the groundhog had made and came up with a solution on how to catch it. He was very professional and concerned about our feelings concerning the humane removal of the groundhog. It took three days to catch the ground hog. Chuck checked the trap every day until we got him. He offered helpful solutions on how to landscape around the house to prevent animals from making our home their home. I would use Richardson Pest Solutions again and highly recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Trapped a Groundhog that moved in under my porch.

+ -1 moreOverall, I have had great experiences everytime Richardson Pest solutions has been to our home.
Description of Work: I have been using Richardson Pest Solutions for 2 years now. Chuck Richardson is very professional, always on time and takes every precaution in not only respecting our home, ie taking shoes off etc, but also making sure the kids and pets are away from where he is working. The product that he uses is completely safe, but I appreciate the extra step he takes in making sure we are all safe. Since Richardson Pest Solutions has been spraying my home, I havent seen any indoor bugs/spiders and the ones that would gather around outdoor light fixtures have been virtually eliminated. I know that if something were to appear, I could call Chuck and he would come out right away to take care of the problem. I highly recommend Richardson Pest Solutions. Great value and great service!

+ -1 moreChuck the owner came to my house and sprayed the whole outside then when he came in he took off his shoes. He sprayed in all the rooms and talked to me about how to prevent pests from coming into my house. He walked me around the outside and showed me areas that may be a problem for pests.
