From sales, installation and post installation support, we've been very happy with the service from Professional Irrigation Systems. This was a new construction installation. They've been really great with a staggered schedule. They laid out the system ahead of the sod company and then after some grading adjustments and sod installation, they came back and adjusted the heads, even adding new ones to make sure we had proper coverage. They are also are working around our schedule giving us time to get our landscaping in prior to finishing up the installation for that particular zone. It's a significant investment putting a system in and they've taken their time to make sure it's done right which is great.

The Pro Irrigation team installed our system in one day and you could barely even see where the lines were installed in our yard. My wife and I had a great experience from the sales process through the installation and the support afterwards.

Met with salesmen yesterday and he was very professional and had a lot of information about the system that did not know. However, we have declined irrigation services at this time. Our decision was not based on anything presented by this company burt rather my husband and I weighing this with other projects we want to see completed.

We asked each time for them to come out while we were home so we could make sure everything was done how we asked and we have yet to see one single person from there doing any work. They always come out while we are at work.

Great price on package for opening and closing system, were able to get out to my house on short notice, but customer service after the opening could have been better.

Professional Irrigation installed my system in 2009. After it was done it was realized that their "plan" did not cover the entire area to be irrigated. They refused to correct the problem. I had them come out later to do an adjustment of their work and they charged me $70 for nothing (This was in addition to their yearly maintenance fee of almost $200). The guy that came out couldn't even adjust the heads to pattern as they were supposed to. They are not very responsive to calls. The girl answering the phone has the attitude that she is unconcerned with what you need or want. It's their way or the highway. They are like many of the companies we've encountered since moving to St. Louis.

They were very professional and did things right the first time itself. They were a little expensively priced. I still liked their services and will use the same in future.

We were scheduled to have our sprinkler system winterized. The time was given as a 4 hour window (8am-12pm). I was told that we would be the first appt that morning. By 11am, they still hadn't shown up. There was a power outage in our area, so we rescheduled for the next day. Again, we were given a window of 8-12, but promised the first appt of the morning. Yet again, no show & no contact. I called at 12:15pm & apparently the service tech had gone to the wrong house. I will add that the female receptionist i dealt with was kind, attentive & responsive.

So far, it has been great, they just completed the work, we still have to do our final walk-through next week and settle up. They were very professional and friendly. They clean up very nicely and re-buried all the cables and wires without leaving a mess.

Timely, cost effective, and professional service. Highly recommend.

THE WORKER WAS HERE ON TIME AND PERFORMED THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE WAS COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY.

ADAM WAS THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN AND WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THOROUGH. I JUST BOUGHT THE HOUSE AND HE SHOWED ME HOW TO WORK THE TIMER SYSTEM AND GAVE ME QUITE A BIT OF HELPFUL INFORMATION. HIS BOSS SHOULD GIVE HIM A RAISE.
