It turned out fine. He gave good service. They come out once a year and change the bulbs and fix any broken wires. They are under a guarantee. I have them come out once a year. They are professional. They bill me after the work is done. It didn't take them long to do it. I trust them and I would recommend them. I think they are the ones that installed the light fixtures and I've been using them for five years.

They were fine to work with and they answered all my questions. Before that I had them with my other lights and decided to go with LED. The guy we called were also here when they were supposed to.

They're pretty good but I think they're relatively expensive. I liked that they explained the problems that they were solving. I think they are very good service providers.

It was fine. They are fine. They come on time. Their responsiveness is fine.

It turned out okay. Nothing stood out. They came, did the job and left. I think the work was fine. The cost was a little bit more than I had expected.

I went ahead with another vendor. Fixtures seem to be low wattage fixtures.

It went flawlessly from the first phone call to the clean-up. I called OLP as we have used their sister companies (Holiday lighting and Mosquito Guard). Jim Schwartz called back promptly and we arranged a time to meet and go over our needs. He had great suggestions on placement, and actually found ways to save us money by using some of our existing front yard fixtures and just replacing the bulbs with LED. He designed a new system for the backyard. The process of design was very interactive and friendly. I suggested some lights for the retaining wall, and he quickly found better alternatives to match the existing design. Within hours of our consultation, I had a detailed quote emailed to me, with product information, cost options and cost breakdown, and warranty, as well as an expected time frame of installation. The installation went flawlessly. We have had a lot of contract work done in the past year, and this group was the cleanest yet. When I went to inspect the work later, you couldn't even tell where the mulch and flower beds had been dug up. It always comes down to the small details which separate a good company from a great one. The conduits that were placed against the retaining walls were painted the exact color of the retaining wall, so you have to look for them to see them. Our front and back yards are beautifully illuminated. The fixtures are beautiful and high-quality. The work was very professional, on-time, courteous, and exemplary. If we ever need landscape lighting modified, we will definitely go back to OLP.

There were problems with some of the lights. One of the cords was cut and I had them come back out to rewire it. They re-wired it incorrectly and it has been shorting out my light bulbs and I have spent a couple hundred dollars on light bulbs. They came back out and installed another bulb and it worked briefly so they assumed it was fine but the bulb shorted out within 24 hours. They refuse to come back out to the house to redo the work without charging me again. They will not rectify the problem they created and they will not even admit they wired the work incorrectly.
