Not good. Started with foundation issues, then support issues. One truss was completely left out (per blue prints), wrong nails were used for the truss, roof leaked for three months with text promising to fix. Finally in Dec 2014 hirer a new company to replace roof. No ice and water shield or underlayment in required places. Flat spot was shingled. Siding install below ground level, garage door header incorrect. the deck material was not what I had ordered, it was to be high end Firberon received low in from chain hardware store. The list goes on.

Bill's presentation was professional at the start. However, things quickly changed. I had water damage in my basement and also hail damage to the roof and siding. Bill chose his people to do both jobs, but rarely was present for me to speak with him. The siding guys (his brother) did a fine job with the siding but Bill rarely had all the materials present for them to complete the job. (this holds true for all aspects of the job) The siding job was ultimately left unfinished because I could not get Bill to respond and have his brother return. There is a small J Channel piece left unfinished and I have given up on it. The carpeting replacement went fine. Basement wall repair and paint was poor. The painter couldn't match the paint on the wall or wainscoting even though I was able to figure it out with one visit to the paint store. I wound up repainting myself because Bill was unresponsive. The trim repair was shoddy at best. I pointed out the issues, but Bill was again unresponsive. I had to fill nail holes in the trim and repaint. All of the final items were relatively small so rather than continue getting false promises about returning and/or not responding, I completed them myself. Since the items were small, I mistakenly paid Bill prior to their completion thinking he would return. After I made final payment he never responded again. This entire process took over 2 months from start to near finish. I worked from home several days waiting for someone to arrive only to later find out that they weren't going to be there. Bill has no ability to organize a team and make sure they are able to have the needed materials and be present when promised. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! Also, he has since relocated from IL to Missouri near Lake Saint Louis. Not sure why, but I'll leave the guess work to you.
