The tech Brian, was very clean and professional!! They were honest and very knowledgeable of our appliance and knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. From the phone call of setting up the appointment all the way to the completed work we are VERY happy and would definitely recommend this company to anyone. They are family owned and locals for over 43 years, the whole family is very kind and will not try to milk you of your money, if it's to expensive to fix they will tell you. We have used them for many years and will continue using them.

This is a first class service company; family operated and very customer oriented! They were unable to meet the first appointment due to weather but were were prompt to call and schedule another appointment. Brian, the owner arrived exactly as planned and determined the source of the problem to be a faulty defrost timer. The analysis was completed within a few minutes and he was able to get the refrigerator operational until the faulty part could be purchased. Brian was equally prompt for the second visit and the repair was completed in about 30 minutes. The charge for the service and repair was compatable with the area but the responsiveness and communication was considerably better than what we normally find in this area.
