he was told we would have to get permits to install cams outside he said no problem. little did i know he did not get them and my H.O.A sent a letter stating i will be fined if i did not remove both cams from outside. And 6 months later with cams still down we were robbed.

My name is Tony Wessley. I am the general manager for Lakewood Alarm-Lake Ozarks. I am also the person that installed MR. Randolph's cameras at his home. paid us $200 for his $400 dollar camera system and never paid in full the amount stated above. At time of the sale. signed a sales receipt stating that he would pay for the cameras by credit card. The credit card he gave us was declined. We had to track him down for several months just to get $200 from him. From the start he was in violation of the agreement he signed with Lakewood Alarm. Also signed a agreement stating that he acknowledge that he had to pay us $15.00 per month to view his cameras online. He also was in violation of this agreement with Lakewood Alarm because he never paid his monitoring fees. was shut off from camera monitoring for failure to pay his monitoring fees. In fact we let him go for 6 months before shutting him off. is in clear violation of his agreement signed and dated on 05-29-13. Lakewood Alarm stands by are quality work and services. Lakewood Alarm finds these statements to be false and border line slander. Thank you. Tony Wessley GM. Lakewood Alarm.
