Robert and his team are amazing to work with. I have called this company many times in the past with regard to plumbing needs and septic issues. Robert is very knowledgeable. The work is done on time and as scheduled and the prices are reasonable. I might add that Robert is exceptionally knowledgeable on septic systems and well water systems in addition to plumbing. He solved 3 major issues for me with extensive work and at a reasonable price. I was very happy with the work and highly recommend this company.

This is a follow up on my previous post. I spoke with Tina this morning regarding the price estimate and amount paid. She was very polite and professional and explained how the bid process worked and that additional time was spent on the project off site. She stated the company's main priority is to provide exceptional services and products and to have satisfied customers. She understood my confusion and agreed to reduce the bill. She was a pleasure to work with and i am happy with the service and price and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Jeff replaced a second faulty valve in our bathroom vanity. We had used Central Mo. All Service Plumbing before and again they were able to come to the house quickly to solve the valve issue and it was much appreciated. When I had questions on billing, Robert the owner was quick to respond and come to a fair resolution. I will definitely use them again for plumbing issues.

Estimate for water main valve replacement went very well and an estimate was provided very quickly. Robert is very knowledgeable about his work however he told me that the work would be done one day and he kept pushing it back daily and not updating me. Communication is not good but work is. Overall I would hire again just as long as it's not urgent. Price is very reasonable and competitive.
