 + -1 moreTo begin with..... living here at the Lake of the Ozarks, it is VERY HARD to find responsible help when needed. It is a tourist area, so everyone even the locals are ALWAYS on v acation....fishing...hunting, etc... When I left Dennis a voice mail of my problem with my washing machine, I really wasnt expecting an an answer for at least a week or so, thats just life here at the lake. I was quite SURPRISED when Dennis called me back within the hour, and he was out of state!! He then proceeded to walk me through all the issues and solutions it could be. After we hung up, I tried what he suggested and my machine now works! GREAT customer service, he never sounded rushed or hurried with me. Even though (I think he was on vacation) he spent quality time with me and resolved my issue! I would HIGHLY recommend Dennis for ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING you would need him for! Responsible, Prompt, courtious, great attitude! Highly refer Dennis to anyone and everyone I come in contact with! Thank you Dennis and enjoy your day! I really appreiated your great customer service with a smile! Yes, I felt that through the phone! :)

Description of Work: Our dryer stopped working. Dennis Pasley came to inspect the unit and determined that the parts and labor factors would be costly. He recommended that we consider purchasing a new unit. This was all done on Satuday evening at about 6:30 PM. And he would not accept any payment. There was no charge. Yes I would highly recommend this company and Dennis.

Description of Work: The service man took my refrigerator apart. Completely apart. Said he knew what the problem was but needed to get a part for it. He then put it back together leaving out a couple of screws. He told me he would order the part and call me when it came in. That was the last of have heard from him. I tried to call his number and the recording says that it is unreachable. I am very disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of. Jayne Shea RR2 Box 64E Carrollton, IL 62016

 + 0 moreMy fridge broke and everyone said to toss it and buy new. He fixed it and saved me a ton of money as I could not afford to buy new. So while he was there I had him look at my dryer which was not working properly and he was able to fix that too. Highly recommend this business.
Description of Work: Fixed refrigerator and my dryer. Service call was half the price of everyone else. Excellent service and follow-up.
