A B Pest Control Inc

Very disappointed in this company. I've been with this place for about 3 years now. I used them and paid my "new" customer amount and they sprayed for ants. About once a year I spray for ants. I just called and she said since I don't have a contract and I haven't used them in a year they are not taking new customers when in fact I am a customer of theirs. Or should I say I was! I can now see why their ratings are lower than most other companies. Maybe the BBB can have alittle say so in this matter. I would definetly look at other companies and their ratings before chosing this place. I bet if I called back and said I am a new customer and have a 5000 Sq ft home and want a contract they would have room for me!

Lonnie quoted the job and set up appointment . He was informative and professional The service Tech's came within 5 minutes of promosed time. They were very good at the job being done. They were fast, efficient and very courteous. Clean up was excellent. I would highly recommend this company and crew. Shannon the crew tech was so informative and knowledgeable that I immediately felt comfortable and confident that the job would be done professionally

The company came out on time for an evaluation of my problem and took lots of time listening to my description of the problem and answering all of my questions. I was given a full explanation how they arrived at a price for their service, the treatment process, how they would do the procedure as well as their ten year written warranty. I was given a written estimate of the cost and was offered the option to think it over if I wanted. I chose to sign at that time because I had already spoken with a couple of other companies and AB Pest was the most willing to answer questions. I also chose them because they were local. Since I will have to do some repairs in the kitchen I asked if they would be willing to come back and reinspect the area of infestation before I started repairs. I am proud to say that they agreed. The technician (Andy) did a great job and was always willing to explain everything he was doing and also answered my questions. Thanks for everything A B Pest!!!!

This was a sub that my builder used. We've used them before for pest control and have always had a good experience. The home has stayed cool this summer on hot Lake of the Ozark days and we credit the quality of insulation used and the process. AB used foam in every crevice (electrical, spaces between old and new construction, etc...) as well as the entire underside of the addition. In the walls they used tight sprayed cellulose between every stud (leaving no spaces). My neighbors came over and drooled over the insulation. I am impressed. The timing was fine as it was done during the project. They did leave a spill on the driveway that I was going to clean up but upon calling for directions, they insisted it was their responsibility. AB is great for Pest Control but I highly recommend them for insulation.
