Jim was easy to communicate with and found him trustworthy unlike other contractors that I met with for my deck project. The ease of the estimate process and having him provide potential solutions for repairs/renovations was beneficial. Product used is high quality and repairs to deck look great.

Jim is very communicative about the work. He let's you know if there's a problem and suggest how he would suggest it be solved He also arises you of a price if it's outside the bid. Honestly, he's been the best contractor I've worked with. And, I've worked with a lot of different people over the past five years.

Jim came in and provided advice and guidance throughout the project. I appreciate his expertise and attention to detail.

Jim is great. I was farming quotes for this work and he came in about 1/2 what I got quoted others. Only thing I could feel could have been improved was some of the finish work was left a bit rougher than I would have liked. But honestly for the cost difference I don't mind doing some of that anyway. The heavy lifting is what mattered. Will be calling him for my next project!

I was happy with the completed job that Jim did, but it was the second bid that he made. I felt that he was over priced for what needed to be done. I would recommend him but just be sure to get quotes from other people

I had a family emergency which required I would be out of town for undetermined time. Jim and his crew did the job, kept me posted and sent pictures of the finished work. Jim and his guys did a great job on my deck. We had multiple bad spots (bad boards and posts) they fixed. We also had water leaking into the house and our below deck 3 season room. He found the source and meticulously fixed it. Very professional, on time and cleaned up when done. Highly recommend.
