Description of Work: Replaced a driveway to correct a drainage problem. Quality of work was great however they had to remove our stone pavers of our sidewalk to elevate them to match the elevation of the new driveway. I called to say that the pavers were not replaced properly. I was told they would come out to check the problem and as of today no one has come out.

Description of Work: Home built in 1948 was moderately leaking where the poured concrete walls met the concrete floor in unfinished basement espicially when the water table was high. The crew jackhammered the floor around the wall and installed in a drain sysytem that pumps water to outside of the house into the yard. Took them a little longer than expected but that was because the basement floor was so thick. They kept us informed, had no problem with us checking on their work, we do not live in the house now its a rental. When they were finished we checked off their list, everything was as should be and the basement was cleaned. The only problem we had with this company was the office workers, the girls in the office did not return calls in a timely manner and sometimes didnt know the answers to questions we had, but they were polite. We used this company because their bid was significantly lower than the other bid. This being said, this company did excellent work and we have had alot of rain in the past 2 months and its dry as a bone. We would recommend this company. They also provide you with payment options.

Description of Work: They repaired a washed out culvert/small bridge. They placed large rocks on each side of culvert pipe and under a concrete pad that the water had washed out and then added new concrete under the original concrete pad and along the sides of the culvert pipe. A great job and done quickly since there was a threat of additional flooding. Thanks for the prompt completion of the work.
