The results have turned out great. I estimate that our energy bills are about 25% lower than last year even with higher cost of energy and higher summer temperatures.

The remodel turned out great. I practically live in my basement now. Frank was very good at keeping me informed through the permitting process, which can be a pain at times. Workmanship was excellent with minimal dust and trash. Frank is fair and honest. He had many good suggestions on things I could do to improve energy efficiency of my home, some of which I implemented prior to the construction. I made one change during the construction. I had a door moved 3 inches to accommodate a bookcase. Frank made the change no questions asked. I enjoyed Franks company and would not hesitate to employ his services in the future.

I noticed some mould in the basement bathroom and had contacted some contractors including Frank from Danna Enterprises. Frank was the only one who could identify the source of the problem right away and suggested some fixes to avoid future mould issues. He did a good and tidy job of cleaning up existing mould and drywalling the ceiling.

I have used Frank's company twice before and have always found him to be very professional and punctual. He always returns phone calls and arrives when he says he will. He always does an excellent job and wants the customer to be satisfied. He also cleans up any areas he has worked on. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Frank was responsive from my first call to the final experience. I would recommend him for additional work and would use him again.

After getting several estimates, we decided to go with Frank. We'd used him before to remove mold we found behind the wallpaper in another bathroom and been impressed with his honesty and good work. Before he'd even gotten the contract, Frank sprayed the baseboards to keep the mold from growing until we could have it removed. For $2,700, he removed and replaced about a foot of drywall along about 75 linear feet in the affected area, as well as replaced the broken sump pump and laid drain tile in the crawlspace. We decided to replace the carpeting with tile (about 125 square feet), which he and Mark laid. His $1,300 estimate for that portion of the job included leveling the floor, trimming the doors and removing/replacing the sink and toilet. (The cost of the tile was extra, of course.) We are very pleased with the quality of the work, and appreciate Frank's dependability.

All repair work was done to a high quality standard. And while he did the energy audit, my house is so old and the findings were so minimal, he did not charge me for that service. Frank is such a nice guy and a solid craftsman that I feel guilty asking him to do "handyman" kinds of things. But he said they do such things all the time. And it was great to have a quality craftsman do even these small projects for me.

The overall result exceeded our expectations. The project was on budget and completed in a timely manner. Frank and his crew were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Frank was especially helpful in the overall design, drawings, and applications for permits. He went out of this way to research and recommend suggestions that were appropriate for a day care center. I would certainly use Frank again.

Frank and his team has helped us on numerous occasions as we worked to renovate our nearly 100 year old home. He has helped us with framing, drywall, electrical, building basement steps and some superficial foundation repair. He's extremely professional, always on time (calls if he is even going to be a few minutes late) and is someone I didn't feel uncomfortable allowing in my home when I wasn't there. I'm sure we will continue to use him many years to come.

An absolutely outstanding experience...Frank Danna was fantastic to work with and he was so accommodating to our situation which included an insurance house claim that went on for months. We experienced numerous delays with our insurance company and Frank Danna not only understood the situation but went over and above to work with us on the numerous repairs needed. He and (Mark) were fantastic, professional and we have high praise for each one of them. Frank gave us numerous proactive options to look into for potential additional issues we may run across in other parts both inside and outside of our home. The time he spent with us to explain the entire situation we had on our hands was incredibly helpful and we have taken his direction for further repairs. Frank is the first person we call for help! He's professional, keeps communication lines open about how projects are going, and his work is completed very well. He gives my husband further pointers for his own projects, and has great advice on ways to improve our home's energy efficiency.

Frank is the only person we use for home projects anymore. We occasionally get additional estimates from others to make sure he's competitive - and he always is - but the level of customer service, reliability, expertise and commitment he gives to a job is what we value more than anything. We trust him in our home, he always leaves it clean and does what he says he will in the time he commits to. As others have mentioned, he also make suggestions as problems arise and offers solutions and advice for any questions we have along the way. I have recommended him to others and they have been equally impressed and I will continue to recommend him and use him as we have projects arise.

We had water damage in our basement that had caused mold to grow in the walls. Frank removed a portion of our basement drywall and carpet padding to clean for mold. He also discovered that the walk-out door had rotted through, which was where the water had come into the basement. He was very professional and completed the work quickly and thoroughly. Even though he tore out more of the basement than he estimated, he charged us for his hourly rate.

Frank showed up on time and excused himself for not having his third crewman available due to a foot injury. He and his worker completed the project in 3 days. At many steps, he would ask me about how I liked things done. I found him extremely professional and very caring for his work. His workman is also very nice. At the end of the project he gave me time to go over the work. I mentioned that he did not put another panel over the insulation so that animals could get into it. He bought a new panel and placed it over the insulation himself at no added cost! I couldn't believe it. Overall I felt I definitely got more than my money's worth!

I hired Frank back to install windows in my barn , wire some more light fixture, moved other light fixture, place gravel in an area where I would eventually build rabbit cages. He called to say he was delayed a little. He showed up with 2 workmen and they did the job very efficiently. The fans I ordered had not come in so I couldn't have him install them but he will come back. One part of the project involved moving some stall wood partitions. They asked me if I wanted the wood cut or the planks unscrewed individually and the adjacent side of the stall rescrewed. I picked the second option even though it was clearly more work for them. When they finished, he gave me good advice about how to prevent erosion with strategic placement of logs in the ground, which he and one worker did. The second worked noticed I had some leakage on the awning of the barn roof so they will fix that on their next visit. I am extremely impressed with their caring for my property as though it was their own.

Frank and his crew were right on time. They were very professional, kept me informed as to their findings, and gave me various options along the way. They even constructed a make shift sink for us. They did their best to keep dirt, etc. out of the other rooms and the clean up was excellent. The team also made suggestions and gave us tips concerning the remaining kitchen remodeling we were planning on doing ourselves.

Frank has done many projects in my home and has always exceeded my expectations with the results. When I found out that he was now working on his certification to perform Energy and Safety Audits, I asked him to sign me up. We set up the appointment and as usual he arrived in a timely manner and immediately set to work in his usual professional manner. One of the things I really like about Frank is the way he takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. In this case he explained the numbers which were generated and their importance. During the audit they went up into my attick to evaluate my second floor furnace during which time some of the blown in insulation fell to my closet floor. Almost as quickly as it fell, Frank had it vacuumed up as if they hadn't been there. At the end of the audit, Frank went over all of his findings and gave me his recommendations. The most important piece of information I learned was that my ventless gas fireplace was producing seriously high levels of carbon monoxide even after being on for very brief periods of time.

He came on time. He was a very hard worker. He fixed the toilet very quickly and for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him and use him again.
