This is the second project where we've used Frank's services. We've heard so many horror stories from friends and family regarding contractors (and have experienced some of our own) that it's refreshing to find someone who we rate as excellent in all aspects - from customer service, quality of work, price, schedule and trustworthiness. Frank is in constant communication from the start to the finish of a project and his work doesn't end until you are satisfied. He worked consecutively to finish the project despite juggling our scheduling conflicts and the weather. The work is great and he leaves the work space as clean (often cleaner) than he found it. My husband was tackling a majority of the work himself for our bathroom addition and Frank continually offered advice and direction for him. As before, he went above and beyond. We have and will continue to recommend his service to others.

Work was done over several weeks due to foul up by staff at the local home improvement store, where cabinet parts were not ordered and then back order sent in wrong color/style. The kitchen remodel overall was a huge success with the quality and workmanship evident in the final result. Frank is a patient listener and addressed all of my concerns during the construction phase presenting me with creative alternatives or options when confronted with unexpected challenges. While every project of this scope involves some dislocation and mess, Frank made every effort to minimize the chaos and discomfort. I use Frank exclusively for all my home improvement projects and have never been disappointed, I highly recommend his services.

I called Frank about needing my gutters cleaned and left a message. He returned my call from Florida where he was vacationing. He scheduled my gutter cleaning as soon as he arrived home from vacation.

Frank was amazing to work with! In our short time as homeowners, we've worked with several service companies and Frank Danna rates at the top! From the estimate phase through the post-job timing, communication was excellent. Phone calls were returned quickly, as were emails and he followed up at the end of a day on the job and later after all the work was complete. He made sure we were satisfied throughout the process. The work was perfect - the room looks brand new and our house was left cleaner than when he arrived. The cost was what was expected and worth every penny. We will recommend his work to all of our friends and will definitely use him again!

Entire job completed in less than a week. As with previous work performed, overall excellent quality and result. I've reached a point where I have such a level of confidence in Frank's work that I don't bother to bid out projects that require a contractor.

Frank was quick to get back to me to set an appointment. He arrived on time and was very helpful in answering questions. His quote was very fair in comparison to others we received. The only reason we didn't go with him for the work is than he was booked several weeks out and we wanted the work taken care of quickly.

Frank and Mark did a fantastic job for us. I recommend them without hesitation. Frank gave us a complete estimate where we'd supply the paint and his company would provide all labor, clean-up and material. He and his helper showed up every day and worked a full day. They moved furniture, covered up furniture, and, in my opinion, painted our house with the same care that they would if they were painting their own home. When they finished up we gave them a party as a small way to show our appreciation for a job well done.

I was very pleased. Frank called me back within a few hours of the time I called him. He came out to give me a written estimate when promised. When I called to let him know he had the job we set up a date to do the work, and again he showed up on time. The work was performed in a quality manner. I am completely satisfied.

Frank did his usual fantastic job of installing an electrical exhaust fan in the ceiling of my master bath, but cleaned up so well you didn't know anything was disturbed.

Frank has done numerous jobs for me with the most recent being my deck. He always shows up when he says he will, does a great job and cleans everything up when he is done.

After repairing the problem and drying the mess I called Frank Danna for an estimate. He arrived on time and was very polite and professional and addressed issues others had not- including mold remediation. When he started the project he again arrived on time, did a great job of taking care of the mold and then repairing the drywall, painting everything and finally blowing in new insulation. With each step he cleaned up so well you couldn't tell he had even been there except for a great repair. He not only did a great job, but was very efficient. He does meticulous work paying attention to all the details.

Frank continues to be my 'go to guy', for home maintenance, upgrades and repair. Work was peformed as I've come to expect, in a competent,proessional, workmanlike manner. The job was completed in one day.

This project involved demo of old and install of a new post/rail fence, deck rehab(board replacement and lattice), and a most challenging situation that involved stabilizing a pergola that spans a 25x10 section of the deck. Frank's a very good carpenter with an eye for detail and creative with solutions. He is direct, straightforward, and doesn't promise what he can't deliver. This is my second experience with Mr. Danna and I'm confident in saying you get what you pay for, his skill and integrity are without question. The job was completed in a week during which it rained several days and I am completely satisfied I received good value for my money. Frank also does kitchen and bath remodels, flooring, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and landscape work. I will hire him again for future projects.
