 + 0 moreTerrible. We have an attorney now in the fight to get the house up to code when they say it is allready up to code. Even though other professionals came out saying its not up to code.
Description of Work: Bought a Modular from these people and they hired a guy to hook up AC and Heat. He messed up the duct work and he has been out to the house 3 times. I went up to take Pictures and send it to the Owner of Ramsey Jones Home. First he was p***** and I thought we can finally get something done. Then 5 Days later he sent an email saying that we have to use the guy that they sent out. If not then they will reimburse us up to 200.00 but he did more than 200 in damage. They do not back up the product they sale and the service is a joke. I would not send my enemy's their.

 + -1 moreI was very impressed with some of the models, They also had a good selection of upgrades for cabinets, floor covering, paint, etc. they gave us books with floor plans and said we could combine features of different designs to suit what we wanted. My only complaint was that some of the models were hard to get into, as the stairs were too high. To make our own floor plan for the modular we want costs $1,000. Building time is 3 months. It s our job to get the foundation ready to put the modular on, using someone we know , or they have a list of contractors who can do that part of it. We are still debating on which company to use, but Ramsey Jones is at the top of the list because of their upgrades.
Description of Work: we just talked to sales rep and went through some of the display homes.
