+ -1 moreMr. Wayman built a house for us and it was completed in jan.2005. We experenced problems from the start.He refused to honor the builders warrenty. After years in the court system he still refuses to honer the warrenty. We are still dealing with problems to this day. If you go with this company to build your home be prepared to have problems.
