+ -1 moreThis all took place before a cold spell that hit our area. I knew they would be getting a lot of calls due to the extreme cold. I told them to cancel us if they needed to delay our appointment because we still had heat. They did end up getting backed up, as I expected, and had to reschedule, but they were very communitive with us and fit us in as quickly as reasonable. I do not feel our call was reasonable to be addressed when others may not have heat. It made me feel good that they can priorities their work based on individual need and the seriousness of the issue. They are a sensible company.
Description of Work: We have a dual heat system. The inside of the house was too hot. They came out and identified that the damper that should shut off to the main house was not closing so they fixed it.

+ -1 moreWe dealt with a man named Les Taylor. Les treated us well and took care of our needs. I definitely love how helpful Peter's was in helping us with all the information necessary for the power company's rebate and federal reimbursement for this environmentally friendly work. With all the rebates, we ended up getting back about 7500 dollars.
Description of Work: We had a ground source heat pump installed. It all went very well.
