+ -1 moreGreat. Jerry came out, looked up our warranty and called Navien. He saved us $100's of dollars with a warranty we didnt know we had! We ordered the part and Jerry came right back out and fixed it when it arrived. WE are an hour from Kirksville in Milan Mo. And he comes all the way out here! Awesome!
Description of Work: Navien on demond hot water heater went out. Needed a new circuit board.

Description of Work: We had a sewer pipe break at our rental in Kirksville. Jerry Mason went to the house, diagnosed the problem, snaked the line to alleviate the problem, and replaced the broken elbow once the weather allowed. He waited to make sure he didn't tear up the yard too much, offered to come clear the line again if needed before he replaced the pipe, kept us informed all along the way, and did it all for a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreThis is completely a family operation. They arrived as soon as they possibly could and stayed with the job until it was finished. They do leave a bit of a mess, but that's probably just the way it goes. The price was what we expected, and so far we've had no further problems.
Description of Work: They came to clear the main line but discovered that it was collapsed. They dug it up and replaced about 7 feet of it.
