+ 1 moreWe have used D&R to clean out our septic system for the last 6 years and have been very pleased with their work. They don't just know how to drain and refill the tank, they UNDERSTAND how the system works best, and will offer advice to help you out when needed. Their prices are reasonable and they are reliable and prompt. They arrived promptly for the appointment, dug the hole they needed to access the tank lid, pumped out the sewage that had built up in the tank, then quickly refilled it and covered up the hole. Then they spent time explaining to us how to better manage the tank through proper chemical treatment, suggested things we may be doing that could harm the septic process and left us knowing more than when they came.
Description of Work: We needed our septic tank drained and refilled. D&R came and drained the tank, refilled it, then suggested ways we can treat and maintain the tank and sewage system to better serve us. They didn't drive on the lawn, and the hole they had to dig to access the tank was refilled and left as they found it.
