4K Construction

We had our cabin, guest house and garage roofing replaced by 4K Construction of Kirksville, MO. 1 Shingled roof and 2 metal. Very poor quality work, Contractor appears to lack knowledge of the job. Bare wood showing, areas on the roof without shingle coverage. Damaged shingles & metal, guttering installed incorrectly and leaking. Metal scabbed together everywhere, soft spots, holes throughout. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. If you have had work done by 4K Construction, Kirksville MO (Cohen Kelsey) you need to have it inspected! I have hundreds of photos to show the lack of quality.

The person who does the gutters for this company is new at the job, he did not know what he was doing, he did not seal any of the seams when they put caps.

Removed old shingles and plywood and reroofed home.

Came within a week of contacting them. Finished in one day. Would recommend them.

We are waiting for 4K Construction to finish another roof. Our initial meeting with Cohen went very well! At that meeting my wife and I decided to look no further. This company was perfect. Cohen was punctual and had our measurements done and samples shown to us. He got back with us in a couple hours with an estimate which was less than we anticipated. He also was able to share with us the cost of a metal roof. It was much more so we went with shingles with a 50 year guarantee. We really liked Cohen. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We feel 4K will do an excellent job and look forward to working with them! We also discussed the remodel of our bathroom which was damaged with the leak in the roof. Cohen told us they could do the remodel. We’ll discuss that project at a later date. I hired 4K to repair a leak in my roof near my chimney. I was provided an estimate the same day I made contact and the work was completed within a week of date of hire. Time will only tell if the leak was fixed, but I am very pleased with the service that I have received thus far and optimistic that he stopped the leak.

They were great to get along with, did an awesome job, and their prices were below the market.
