Paid in advanced for multiple parts of the projects. Started out friendly, ended up cursing homeowner out multiple times in front of family members and other contractors. His guys had to come back multiple times and repair things done incorrectly. Didn’t care that we wanted a different railing down the steps to match other fencing, he just did something easy. Also the concrete steps should have been poured wider but they filled space with rock after we mentioned it not being correct. We paid for 4’W they poured 3’W. Ordered trusses when we wanted vaulted ceilings. After they were here he said “well you get what I ordered”. He did not have any type of blueprint before starting, we trusted that the photos we provided of vaulted ceiling would be enough, clearly not. He said he would not finish the sunroom because he did not want to change and he kept the money and never heard from him again. I would absolutely not recommend this company.

Roesch Construction did an absolutely wonderful job replacing our old deck and installing new siding. Employees are hard working, friendly and always on time. Owner was always available to answer our questions and made a point to stop by during construction. We absolutely love the new deck and siding and would highly recommend Roesch Construction.

It looks really good and was a good service. We had some issues that we had ran into and they fixed them quickly.

The project turned out fantastic. We started out needing to replace an old wooden deck that was falling apart. From the start, Jeff was very helpful and upfront with everything, including costs, and there was never any "high sales" pressure unlike many other contractors we had met with prior. During our first meeting, we were presented with options to choose from, and ended up going with a partially covered stamped concrete patio with a fire pit that we love! Jeff kept communication open up through project completion (and even called several months later to ensure everything was still working out well for us). As the project progressed he was always available to discuss various things as they came up and was (most importantly) very upfront and fair with costs associated with it. We ended up getting a much needed backyard makeover, complete with the patio, a working drainage system, some repairs that were found needed done once the old deck was torn out, parts of the yard repaired that our three dogs had done a number on, and we even got an old tree stump that we had wanted gone removed as a bonus! Upon completion we were also given a rundown of what to do to ensure our new grass and drainage system would be maintained for years to come. (He even surprised us by laying out sprinklers for the grass!) And to go back to the upfront and fair cost thing... we got all that for the SAME price that was originally quoted to us from prior contractors for just the wooden deck... Don't be fooled by companies that want to meet with "all decision making members" of the household, then go through a scripted presentation quoting you a high price then offer to "bring it down" IF you make a pressured decision on the spot. We're glad we didn't and went with Roesch Construction instead: honest, fair, and very reliable from start to finish.

Roesch Brothers did a wonderful job with my deck project. I was given different options of building materials to use and each option was explained thoroughly. The job was completed in a timely manner and the workmanship is beautiful and there were no surprises. Highly recommended.

Everything was really great! Bids were accurate and work done as promised. As the back deck was being built, that was stopped briefly to install an under ground drainage system to keep water from getting into our basement. It was a very smart recommendation by Jeff. Our new back deck is perfect, and our beautiful front porch is so elegant! We never had a front porch, and what Roesch built for us was a dream come true after 30 years here. Our privacy fence was built where we wanted it and it is very straight and secure. I will always recommend Roesch Bros.

I love the deck! The workers did a good job. And they cleaned up the area very well when it was completed. We had metal spindle rather than wood for the deck sides. We discovered that in 4 spots the width was a bit more than code so they came back and added 4 spindles. Now they are very close together and looks a little odd. Thought they could have measured better to avoid this. A couple pieces of wood have cracks in them that seem kind of big but maybe that is normal. I know this all sounds a big negative and maybe we are just picky but all in all it looks great and I love it. Wish we would have done it sooner!

The process went very well and the cost was reasonable.

It went slow because of the winter weather. But, when it all came together, we were very pleased.

I'm very happy. Even though Jeff Roesch had never used the material I wanted before, he found it and researched it and built my deck just like I wanted. He and his crew are very polite, professional and they make sure the job is done right or they redo it. Jeff is always checking on his crews. He is very diligent. The price was fantastic for the job they did. They are very honest and wouldn't gouge someone. My deck looks beautiful and was even pictured in my Home Owners Assoc. newsletter. I'm very proud of the work they did.

It was FABULOUS! Jeff is such a great guy. He showed up and was very polite and knowledgeable. He walked me through options for my project and kept both my personal thoughts and ideas and budget in mind as he did so. He did not try to "sell" me anything. Jeff and his crew were very nice and respectful. They did an amazing job cleaning the job site after the end of each day and worked long hard days! I feel that Jeff went out of his way to help me out and even took a tree down that needed to be removed for the job to be done, saving me money because he charged me less than what a tree company would have charged. I love my deck! I have plans to add a pergola above it next year. And I hope Jeff will come back to do it! Roesch Brothers Construction should be your next call if you want quality work done by a great crew!

Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and will explain to you what needs to be done. I am a single woman, unfamiliar with construction, but I felt extremely comfortable with his suggestions! The project was done in the exact time frame as quoted, at the amount quoted. I am extremely satisfied with the results. I could not recommend Roesch Brothers Construction enough! I will definitely be using their services for future projects!

It went extremely smooth. The only trouble was fighting the weather, had lots of rain to deal with. But they made sure our home was not receiving a lot of water during the storms by blocking off certain areas with bales of hay that they came out and checked daily. Let me say before they were even hired we were very impressed with the owner who came out to talk with us. He was right on time, immediately gave us a copy of his insurance information, we explained what we wanted and he took it from there. Within several days we received the estimate. It was written out in language we could understand complete with drawings. He then came back to the house and explained it to us again. He quoted us a price and it was not a penny more than the quote. When the project was started they worked non stop every single day and we saw the owner, Jeff every day to see if we were satisfied with the way things were going and needless to say we were more than satisfied. They added a gutter on one side of the driveway to divert heavy rains into the gutter that leads away from our home and into our empty field. They also installed a wide drain grate at the bottom of the driveway to take on any extra water to again keep it away from our home and garage. After doing all this they then power washed the entire driveway several times and then sealed it. They then threw grass seed and hay down on the bare mud spots so we would have new grass coming in. Which we do. Everything went so smoothly we just had to sit back and wait for it to be done. Like I said earlier the only problem was the days it rained.. This is one amazing company who goes above and beyond when they do work for you. Will most definitely use them again.
