 + -1 moreThe installation was flawless. The service men were very professional and courteous. I was allowed to recycle the old furnace and AC equipment at a local scrap dealer. The whole process was completed in less than one day with only one minor problem. A hose washer was left out of the drain, causing a minor water problem. They were quick to repair it on a weekend and did not charge extra nor complain. I have since referred their services to at least 3 other people needing Heating/AC work done.
Description of Work: Ingram Electric removed the existing 80% efficient Amana Furnace and Magic Chef AC and replaced it with a new AMANA 96% efficient Gas Furnace and Matching 4 Ton AC. All new AC lines, thermostat and exhaust were also installed by Ingram employees. Existing duct work was adapted to the new furnace/AC as was the AC Drain line.
