WOODLEY BUILDING MAINTENANCE

They were late both times, and the floors were awful. They did get the main floor areas pretty clean initially, but they totally ignored the edges which I had specifically pointed out ahead of time. They left slopped dirty waxy water all over the baseboards and a lot splashed a foot up the walls, they missed dull spots (3 coats, and still missed obvious spots!) , there was grit in the sheen, mop stokes still visible in the dry wax. It looked like a quick home job of mop-n-glo by someone who didn't care. .........I called them and said I wasn't paying a dime until they came and fixed the problem. They apologized, agreed it was done poorly, and said they had fired the fellow who had been in charge that night. They sent a crew to scrape the edges, wash the walls where dirty wax had splashed, and re-waxed the floors another coat. ..........I could live with it, but it was far from a professional job. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked for a quote on weekly cleaning, but they said they didn't want the job after all. I paid them for the waxing, and then discovered that they had spalshed dirty wax water up and down the stairwell as well, apparently someone mopped the bathrooms upstairs and carried a swinging dirty mop down the stairs. and it's nothing that comes off with Fantastic, it is wax, on wall paint, and I don't know what they used when they cleaned up the other areas, but I never have figured out what to use, let alone have the time it takes to do what I needed someone else to do in the first place.
