Wilson Fence Company

Money was paid, but services were not performed and I'm getting no response from this company. I paid Jarrad Wilson a deposit of $2950 on October 23 to start working on a privacy fence for my backyard. He insisted on my giving him a check. He said in the next week or two he would start working on it as soon as he finished up on other jobs. It is November 18 and I've tried to call him to find out when he will start working on the fence, but he has not responded to my calls. I will first try to contact the local news stations to see if they can help me get in contact with him to refund my money and if that doesn't work, I'll get a lawyer.

We paid Jarred Wilson of Wilson Fence $4700 as a deposit on our fence. This was in mid-July. At the time we were told that he would begin work around the 8th of August. On Friday, August 14th he stated he would be at our house on the 17th to begin work. That did not happen. He stated it was difficult to get enough posts. Fine. We waited and called again for an update. He did not respond. Over the last month, we have emailed, called, texted, and DM'd and no response at all! He STOLE almost $5,000 at this point! He had fabulous reviews on Google and Facebook. From what I can tell after his not responding to any form of communication, those positive reviews are fake and now we have to seek litigation.
